The scheduling was agressive but flexable and the process of introducing the software and instruction for using it was well structured and easy to comprehend. Once we created our basic structure it became easy to add our initial assets. Once we have everything in our datacenters added it will become a great tool for our NOC. **What do you dislike about Hyperview DCIM?** I didn't find the menu initially easy to maneuver, but once you develop a sense of navigation through the different menu selections you tend to find what you're looking for without much effort. **What problems is Hyperview DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing our asset monitoring for our NOC/SOC teams. ### 2. But what hyperview provides out of the box is plenty to get you started and might be all that some need. **What problems is Hyperview DCIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting away from worksheets\workbooks for storing the information. ### 3.
