The onboarding process was the most clean cut and well managed process I've been a part of. The scheduling was agressive but flexable and the process of introducing the software and instruction for using it was well structured and easy to comprehend. Once we created our basic structure it became easy to add our initial assets. Once we have everything in our datacenters added it will become a great tool for our NOC. I didn't find the menu initially easy to maneuver, but once you develop a sense of navigation through the different menu selections you tend to find what you're looking for without much effort. Although some modules\plugins need to be purchased, Hyperview is a very powerful tool if you are looking to take your documentation to the next level within your environment.
