It had tons of issues and then suddenly, the founder removed its heatmap app and started an agency don't the same domain. The issue is that the founder didn't even think it was necessary to update the users. **What do you dislike about HumCommerce?** The founder and the product. The founder didn't think it was important to update the app users and the product was a failure from day one due to glitches. He was trying to milk the LTD users that is it. **What problems is HumCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't solve a problem but has added to it. I bought the product thinking it could be an alternative of other heatmaps but this guy is the scammer. He scammed us. ### 2. Humcommerce Heatmap tracker **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Carlos I. | Director Operaciones, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2019 **What do you like best about HumCommerce?** I was inclined to use HumCommerce because i bought a lifetime deal for 30,000 pageviews a month, which is very good for my clients websites. I liked that it had all the features that major heatmaps have, for example i can do heatmaps based on certain criteria (ej: exact urls, contains, does not contains, etc), user recordings, funnels, forms, a/b testing and analytics. I liked that is very easy to implement by copy and pasting tracking code, i was able to do it without any problems using Google Tag Manager. **What do you dislike about HumCommerce?** I didn't like the sample limit of 5,000 pageviews for heatmaps, and also i wasn't able to get screenshots exactly as seen by the user, sometimes i get screenshots like a cached version of the website. Also i wasn't able to get 100% of the traffic because some users get different urls, i tried to implement using "contains" urls with no luck. **Recommendations to others considering HumCommerce:** If you have more than 5,000 pageviews a day probably you'll need another heatmap software. **What problems is HumCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the things i was able to accomplish was that i could introduce my clients to heatmaps and conversion rate optimization, which is another service that my agency provides. Because it was a lifetime deal i can do heatmaps tracking for free for a limited time just to introduce my clients to this kind of tracking. ### 3. In addition to Heatmaps, Session Recordings, and in-depth visitor logs, Humcommerce has functions that show the path of traffic through multiple pages of your website. This function told me how my customers used my site and where the leaks needed to be plugged. In summary, I've tried Google Analytics, Hotjar, and a few others...I still use Humcommerce. **What do you dislike about HumCommerce?** It doesn't track purchase optimized conversions. **What problems is HumCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding how my customers interact with my site is most of the battle. With this platform, the data is right in front of me.
