**What do you like best about HumCommerce?**

Humcommerce offers many variations of classic Conversion Rate Optimizing and Analytics tools. In addition to Heatmaps, Session Recordings, and in-depth visitor logs, Humcommerce has functions that show the path of traffic through multiple pages of your website. This function told me how my customers used my site and where the leaks needed to be plugged.

In summary, I've tried Google Analytics, Hotjar, and a few others...I still use Humcommerce.

**What do you dislike about HumCommerce?**

It doesn't track purchase optimized conversions.

**What problems is HumCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding how my customers interact with my site is most of the battle.

With this platform, the data is right in front of me. I plugged the leaks in the flow of traffic by minimizing exits.
