There was nothing good about the product. It had tons of issues and then suddenly, the founder removed its heatmap app and started an agency don't the same domain. The issue is that the founder didn't even think it was necessary to update the users.

I was inclined to use HumCommerce because i bought a lifetime deal for 30,000 pageviews a month, which is very good for my clients websites. I liked that it had all the features that major heatmaps have, for example i can do heatmaps based on certain criteria (ej: exact urls, contains, does not contains, etc), user recordings, funnels, forms, a/b testing and analytics. I liked that is very easy to implement by copy and pasting tracking code, i was able to do it without any problems using Google Tag Manager.

Humcommerce offers many variations of classic Conversion Rate Optimizing and Analytics tools. In addition to Heatmaps, Session Recordings, and in-depth visitor logs, Humcommerce has functions that show the path of traffic through multiple pages of your website. This function told me how my customers used my site and where the leaks needed to be plugged. In summary, I've tried Google Analytics, Hotjar, and a few others...I still use Humcommerce.
