**What do you like best about Max?**

Max is embedded in my workflow right within Microsoft Teams. I don't need to leave my workflow to use ChatGPT functions, find document references for my proposal, or ask about when the next company holiday is! I just ask Max!

**What do you dislike about Max?**

There is nothing I don't dislike. I can see that folks who are not used to chattng with ChatGPT and other AI might take time to change their habbits and remember to Ask Max!

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Max all day. Forget about ChatGPT, because Max is in a league of its own. First, Max is in my MS Teams - as easy to chat with as any colleague on my team. Max is like the Einstein of my business, knowing everything about it and keeping all the info secure offline. Max has this secret storage of our important documents, handbooks, and proposals, making them the ultimate vault of knowledge. Whenever I'm struggling to put a sentence together, I just shoot it over to Max, and Max work their magic, tailoring it perfectly for our business domain. Need a killer email? Just toss your thoughts at Max, and Max will whip up a beautiful masterpiece.

And here's the real game-changer: when I'm knee-deep in a proposal and need more info, I turn to Max for help. Max will dig up the exact link or page in our internal documents where the information hides. Even if I want to plan the holiday schedule according to the Employee Handbook, Max is right there, spilling all the details and providing a nifty link to the Handbook page. Plus, if I want to survey my employees, Max handles the grunt work, chatting everyone to ask their opinion, and I get to see the results anonymously.

Bottom line: Max delivers concise and informative responses like a boss. The search results come with extra details and instructions, making my life a breeze. Trust me, having Max as your in your Slack or MS Teams is like having a superhero on your team!

**What do you like best about Max?**

We started using Max a few months ago and realized that this is a great way to understand what's going on in our organization. We used to have individual 1:1 feedback sessions to understand what's going on in our remote teams. Since we started using Max, it's easier to learn about employee sentiments and areas where they need management support. I love aggregated analytics too. Overall great experience!

**What do you dislike about Max?**

Nothing as such. There are many ways to visualize employee data, so perhaps some customization on charts would have been better but overall, no complaints.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend a lot of time going through feedback sessions with every team member. With Max, we are able to collect feedback and employee engagement level very easily.

**What do you like best about Max?**

Max is a great way to learn about employee well-being and engagement. I like the way it seamlessly got added to our Slack channels. Our team felt like they could share how they felt at any point in time or if they needed help with advice or support from colleagues. Analytics helped us focus on unique areas we couldn't have discovered without Max.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

I'd have loved integrations with existing HR platforms that we use, but that's not a big issue. As the Humaxa team implements it for more employees, we should be able to figure out a way to export the analytics in our BI tools.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have remote teams that need further engagement and interaction. Max helped with that.

**What do you like best about Max?**

Max is an incredible tool for remote teams. OpenGrants works with a diverse group of stakeholders alongside our internal team and Max is an indepensable resource.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

As a slack bot Max is fantastic. No downsides that we can see.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is fully distributed which can make navigating various resources difficult. Max solves this by providing realtime assistance and support to team members working to navigate the organization. It also relives us of some of the onboarding burden.

**What do you like best about Max?**

Max is this interactive communication bot in your work Slack. You can teach Max your interests and he will help keep you engaged as an employee, but he is also a bot, so if an employee wants to remain anonymous with feedback or something, Max is the way to go. I read recently that the number one problem employees have expressing their concerns or making claims at the workplace is that the process is not anonymous. Max solves that pain point and I think my employees feel more secure because of him.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

I wish it integrated with more applications, like Justworks.

**Recommendations to others considering Max:**

Consider how you would want to customize Max for your own use because there are a lot of options.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said in the review, because Max is a bot, employees feel comfortable telling him things that they may not want to tell me face to face. If they want to stay anonymous, now they can do that, but I still know what is going on. I think it gives employees a level of comfort and security that makes the whole workplace happier, which is very important. But it is also important that I know what's going on in case there is an issue I have to do something about.

**What do you like best about Max?**

I like that Max is flexible and can help us with our users' community, to keep them connected, engaged, and able to share ideas to develop the connections. It's very helpful for our users that are spread in a few different areas in California and soon nationwide. Max helps build better collaboration. I like how customizable is Max.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

As Humaxa grows, I would love it to be available in additional platforms as our users are spread across multiple platforms and not everyone is using slack.

It is hard to keep users in our community providing us feedback, Max helped us with getting ongoing communication and feedback.

**What do you like best about Max?**

It's been 2 months that we are using Max in our Slack workspace, and I can see that team is engaged more and through the dashboard I see the KPIs through which I can measure the team performance.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

Installation was bit harder than expected, as apparently by default all members in the Slack can add and remove plugins, as a primary workspace owner the bot used to disappear from my workspace and I was not sure what could be the issue, then I reached out to Humaxa support and they helped me to change the settings in the Slack where only workspace admins can install and remove apps so accidentally our workspace users would remove the bot for everyone.

But I think Humaxa is working on improving that feature where workspace admins are going to be notified that someone changed the bot's settings.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several problems that I am trying to solve being a remote distributed team.

1) Improving team engagement, gaining more visibility on our remote team - listening to everyone on a daily basis on what's happening on their side.

2) Building groups where people can mentor each other on shared interests.

3) Measuring impact of the engagement on overall team performance.

**What do you like best about Max?**

I like the fact that Max helps keep remote coworkers connected and able to share ideas and solutions. Helpful during the current Covid quarantine, but it's a good tool in general for a workforce spread out all over the country even without the current situation. Max helps build better teamwork in my experience. Completely customizable.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

Nothing really. The frequency of messages from Max is customizable, for those that want more or less interaction. The system is improving and getting more intelligent as time goes on.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Max has helped keep coworkers spread out from coast to coast able to work better and share problems better together. Also helps to build more of a cohesive team. Max keeps the conversation going. Anonymous feedback can be helpful.

**What do you like best about Max?**

I love the customizable options within Humaxa that allow me to gauge the feeling of my employees and teams. Highly customized. Engaged. And within Slack!

I would like it to be available in additional platforms as Humaxa grows.

I have a better pulse in terms of employee engagement within my company. I am able to be "ahead of the curve" regarding how my employees feel.

**What do you like best about Max?**

I like that it makes it easy to get employees to engage by learning what they need and then making it happen for them! Much faster than I could do by talking one on one, and our employees like that it really puts the power into their hands and offers a way for them to immediately take actions to improve whatever is frustrating them.   Like if someone is concerned about diversity, it encourages them and offers them a way to recognize someone who might be overlooked.   And if they say they are struggling with job development, it offers to connect them to a mentor.   There are a lot of features for COVID-19 induced remote working and work environment situations too.  It’s amazing that a digital assistant can do all this. And the backend analytics are spot on.  It even lets me have a conversation with employees where they stay anonymous.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

There is nothing that I really dislike, although it is not the kind of assistant that brings you coffee.  Not yet, anyway.  Now that I think about it we could probably get it to connect to a coffee service through the customization option for curated solutions.  I’ll have to talk to Carolyn and her team about that.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have improved our productivity and our employee engagement.  We have better comradery and more recognition. We have found it much better at getting folks to give each other feedback.  We have gotten some great ideas to help our company have a better work culture.

I value viewing the activity on my dashboard and the level of engagement in my team.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

Getting started is always a challenge but once we used it a couple of times it was smooth sailing from there.

Keeping our remote team engaged was a problem but Max helped us through more communication and feedback.
