What do you like best about Max?

Max is embedded in my workflow right within Microsoft Teams. I don't need to leave my workflow to use ChatGPT functions, find document references for my proposal, or ask about when the next company holiday is! I just ask Max! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Max?

We started using Max a few months ago and realized that this is a great way to understand what's going on in our organization. We used to have individual 1:1 feedback sessions to understand what's going on in our remote teams. Since we started using Max, it's easier to learn about employee sentiments and areas where they need management support. I love aggregated analytics too. Overall great experience! What do you dislike about Max?

What do you like best about Max?

Max is a great way to learn about employee well-being and engagement. I like the way it seamlessly got added to our Slack channels. Our team felt like they could share how they felt at any point in time or if they needed help with advice or support from colleagues. What do you dislike about Max?

I'd have loved integrations with existing HR platforms that we use, but that's not a big issue. As the Humaxa team implements it for more employees, we should be able to figure out a way to export the analytics in our BI tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Max?

Max is this interactive communication bot in your work Slack. You can teach Max your interests and he will help keep you engaged as an employee, but he is also a bot, so if an employee wants to remain anonymous with feedback or something, Max is the way to go. I read recently that the number one problem employees have expressing their concerns or making claims at the workplace is that the process is not anonymous. What do you like best about Max?

I like that Max is flexible and can help us with our users' community, to keep them connected, engaged, and able to share ideas to develop the connections. It's very helpful for our users that are spread in a few different areas in California and soon nationwide. Max helps build better collaboration. I like how customizable is Max. What do you like best about Max?

It's been 2 months that we are using Max in our Slack workspace, and I can see that team is engaged more and through the dashboard I see the KPIs through which I can measure the team performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Max?

Installation was bit harder than expected, as apparently by default all members in the Slack can add and remove plugins, as a primary workspace owner the bot used to disappear from my workspace and I was not sure what could be the issue, then I reached out to Humaxa support and they helped me to change the settings in the Slack where only workspace admins can install and remove apps so accidentally our workspace users would remove the bot for everyone.

But I think Humaxa is working on improving that feature where workspace admins are going to be notified that someone changed the bot's settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much, Supriya, for your review. Slack's default setting of allowing everyone to add and remove apps at will can become problematic. Unfortunately, it's a Slack setting and not ours. We do guide people to rethink that setting during the installation process. We are so thankful for your review and appreciate your feedback and support!

"Helps Keep A Remote Workforce Connected"
What do you like best about Max?

I like the fact that Max helps keep remote coworkers connected and able to share ideas and solutions. Helpful during the current Covid quarantine, but it's a good tool in general for a workforce spread out all over the country even without the current situation. What do you like best about Max?

I like that it makes it easy to get employees to engage by learning what they need and then making it happen for them! Much faster than I could do by talking one on one, and our employees like that it really puts the power into their hands and offers a way for them to immediately take actions to improve whatever is frustrating them. Like if someone is concerned about diversity, it encourages them and offers them a way to recognize someone who might be overlooked. And if they say they are struggling with job development, it offers to connect them to a mentor. There are a lot of features for COVID-19 induced remote working and work environment situations too. It’s amazing that a digital assistant can do all this. And the backend analytics are spot on. It even lets me have a conversation with employees where they stay anonymous. What do you dislike about Max?

There is nothing that I really dislike, although it is not the kind of assistant that brings you coffee. Not yet, anyway. Now that I think about it we could probably get it to connect to a coffee service through the customization option for curated solutions. I’ll have to talk to Carolyn and her team about that.
