## About Max
Humaxa addresses distributed workforce performance through a fun, neuroscience-based AI Assistant named “Max.” Max takes roughly 8 weeks’ worth of work – administering surveys and rolling out performance solutions -- and turns those 8 weeks into just 8 seconds. Max predicts what will motivate workers to perform and offers to take those actions for you; this saves organizations thousands to millions of dollars per year.

**What do you like best about Max?**

Max is a great way to learn about employee well-being and engagement. I like the way it seamlessly got added to our Slack channels. Our team felt like they could share how they felt at any point in time or if they needed help with advice or support from colleagues. Analytics helped us focus on unique areas we couldn't have discovered without Max.

**What do you dislike about Max?**

I'd have loved integrations with existing HR platforms that we use, but that's not a big issue. As the Humaxa team implements it for more employees, we should be able to figure out a way to export the analytics in our BI tools.

**What problems is Max solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have remote teams that need further engagement and interaction. Max helped with that.
