I find HUMANSTARSapp incredibly beneficial for our internal communications, especially with its efficient method of disseminating necessary information from top to bottom in the organization and ensuring all employees, including non-desk workers, receive and read the communications. I highly value the internal translation mode as it allows employees to choose their preferred language, which is a tremendous advantage given our diverse workforce with multiple nationalities and languages in our production line. I appreciate the read-confirmation feature, which assures me that the message has been acknowledged by the recipients. Additionally, I am particularly impressed with Marco from the customer service team, whose support I have found notably helpful. The app is also integrated with SharePoint, which complements our daily workflow seamlessly. The initial setup of HUMANSTARSapp was very easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. I dislike the outdated interface design of HUMANSTARSapp. The user experience feels old, reminiscent of Facebook's 2013 news feed design.
