What I like best about HUMANSTARSapp is how easy and intuitive it is to use. What I dislike about HUMANSTARSapp is rather minimal. I find HUMANSTARSapp incredibly beneficial for our internal communications, especially with its efficient method of disseminating necessary information from top to bottom in the organization and ensuring all employees, including non-desk workers, receive and read the communications. I highly value the internal translation mode as it allows employees to choose their preferred language, which is a tremendous advantage given our diverse workforce with multiple nationalities and languages in our production line. I appreciate the read-confirmation feature, which assures me that the message has been acknowledged by the recipients. Additionally, I am particularly impressed with Marco from the customer service team, whose support I have found notably helpful. That they focus on security. The data is hosted in Euope/Germany - they regulary pentest all their systems.
