**What do you like best about Huggy?**

Everytime have someone to help you in the chat, you can use if you don`t have a large demand, it`s practical the usability and have a lot of tools to explore the platform

**What do you dislike about Huggy?**

Sometimes to add texts and messages, we found a lot of bugs when we tried to send to our clients

**What problems is Huggy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helped us automate some customer conversations, establish a standard for support, and expedite assistance with pre-built messages and templates created by us.
