**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

Hubflo has been a complete game changer for our business and the way we serve our clients. The ability to create individual client portals;rather than relying on something like Google Driveh; s elevated our professionalism, organization, and overall client experience. Everything is centralized, streamlined, and easy for both our team and clients to navigate. It allows us to deliver a more structured, high-level experience while keeping communication, documents, and workflows all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

The onboarding process can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when trying to understand the differences between journeys, workspaces, and automations. There is definitely a learning curve in getting everything set up the right way.

That said, our success manager, Vishal Jassal, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He provided consistent support, answered all of our questions, and made the transition much smoother. His guidance made a big difference in helping us fully understand and maximize the platform.

**What problems is Hubflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubflo solves the problem of scattered systems, disorganized client communication, and lack of structure in client delivery. Before using Hubflo, we relied on multiple tools like Google Drive, email, and other platforms, which made it difficult to keep everything centralized and created inefficiencies for both our team and our clients.

With Hubflo, we’re able to house everything in one place; client portals, documents, tasks, communication, and workflows;creating a seamless and professional experience. This has significantly improved our internal organization, reduced back-and-forth communication, and increased accountability on both sides.

As a result, we’re able to deliver a higher level of service, operate more efficiently as a team, and provide our clients with a clear, structured journey that enhances their overall experience.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

I use Hubflo for our client journey through the CQC registration process and sales process, including sending out smart docs. I like the client workspaces and how I can edit these to suit the client or build as I go. The workspace template feature is great; it makes the onboarding process much easier as the client receives a login to the portal and can start adding documents straight away. It cuts down on admin time, as the template is already set up and lays out tasks for the client easily, reducing the need for emails and phone calls for clarification. Hubflo saves time by reducing admin time, collating all information in one place, bypassing the endless email trail. The initial setup was easy thanks to Vanessa, who understood our needs and built the first templates and automations for us.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

More user role types would be great. We are currently using limited members and they are unable to access certain parts of Hubflo such as the forms. It would be great if the limited members could see the form responses. We do have a workaround for this but it is more long-winded. The smart docs functionality could be improved. Under my smart docs, having the ability to add folders could be better, currently it's just a long list which is difficult to find things through. Having more reporting features would also be a great improvement. Currently, this just shows sales and completed projects. If this could show more options such as how many clients are assigned to each staff member, how quick clients are being moved to completed etc.

**What problems is Hubflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubflo saves us time by reducing admin, collating info in one place. The workspaces and templates streamline onboarding, improving client communication and reducing unnecessary emails.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

I really like how much we've been able to tailor Hubflo to our requirements. Vanessa, our Hubflo genius, has been brilliant in learning about what we do and figuring out how the platform and automations can best help us. She has helped us create a series of workspaces and project boards that allow us to tailor the experience each client receives through our portal. It's impressive how she has researched information about our work and the CQC. Creating templates for SmartDocs has been a game changer for us, as clients are automatically on-boarded, which has removed a lot of manual work for our team. The new portal allows all the boring admin to be automated, freeing up our healthcare experts to focus on the guidance and advice they are here to do. Vanessa has been a superstar in providing amazing support and implementing workarounds that make the portal work as well as possible for us. Without her, I think we would have given up. We were often amazed at how she brought our workflows to life on Hubflo.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

There are a couple of fixed aspects in the system that don't fit our professional tone, like not being able to use capital letters at the beginning of words when creating 'Tags'. The formatting of Smart Docs is an issue too, where text can overlap, and there's limited ability to format the text we input. Reporting could be more detailed; it would be helpful to pull reports on client assignments and staff responses. The customization of seat types is limited; 'Limited Members' can't perform certain functions on their own files, and there's a need for more control over who can view Smart Docs. We also need more color options for tags because we currently have more tags than colors, leading to duplication.

Hubflo created a client portal, automating admin tasks and transforming our workflow. It customizes experiences for clients and streamlines workflows, allowing us to focus on client guidance. Vanessa's support and automation with SmartDocs simplify processes and reduce manual work.

When I mentioned this to Vanessa Oliveira at Hubflo, she not only implemented the feature but managed to complete it overnight. Because of her swift work, I was able to present the new feature at a crucial team meeting. This experience really demonstrated Vanessa Oliveira's outstanding efficiency and her responsiveness to requests. She genuinely feels like an extension of our own team.

The team are fantastic and very accommodating, making sure that you have everything you need before you start using it fully. I love how everything works together such as invoicing, accounts, projects and the client portal meaning that you can operate and track your entire business from a single tab.

The Zapier integration is also amazing for automating several tedious processes.

Nothing I can think of, there is a seemingly infinite development roadmap so nothing is off limits.

Intuitive....nothing is confusing.  Easy to learn.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

Hubflo is amazing! The pricing structure is simple. I did a lot of research of "Client Portals" and there are several but Hubflo just stood out from the crowd. 

The features they have is second to none, Its so easy to use and set up and everything you need to make clients feel special is all there. 

It took me about 10 minutes to have a fully working portal or "command centre" as they call it. Customer support is out of this world, sent a message and 6 minutes later they replied with what I needed to do. 

Regulary releasing updates daily with new features and well I will be sticking around for a while thats for sure. Honestly its brilliant.

Honestly, Nothing. Not had a bad experience yet.

A central easy to manage portal where I can create several client facing portals 
I can upload invocies, files etc for them to view in a click of a button.

I love the layout for clients and how it provides a central base for them all in one place rather than lost in constant emails. It makes it simple for clients to find historic audits or reports, as well as book their monthly client calls or arrange support.
I am now using it daily as I am update it with resources for my clients. It is making customer support easier for both myself and my clients.

What I like about Hubflo is that it's the ultimate toolbox for any entrepreneur, from signing a contract to recurring invoicing. I no longer need to subscribe to numerous tools, everything is there and the tool is evolving.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

What I don't really like about Hubflo is that when you create a customer profile, there are a lot of mandatory fields to fill in.

With small customers, I often don't have all this information, and I think that an email, a first name and a surname are more than enough.

I would also appreciate it if my customers could be invoiced more easily and more quickly.

**What problems is Hubflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I started using this tool, my professional life has really changed. Before, I always felt scattered, juggling several applications to manage my tasks, projects and communications with clients. It was exhausting and inefficient. 

But now, everything is centralised in one place. I can track every task, every project and every interaction easily, without the fear of letting something slip through the cracks. Not only has it helped me to be more organised, but it's also cut costs by eliminating the need for several different tools. All in all, it's a solution that has simplified my life and saved me time and money.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

I'm an IT management consultant with expertise in crm and erp for small and medium companies ; for my internal use I've been using Hubflo for almost 2 years and am actively testing Clokify to compare the 2 solutions.
Hubflo is an excellent value-for-money solution with management of customers and related contacts, project management with well-defined associated tasks, time tracking is appropriate and the generation of invoices incorporating expenses is well done; the integration of customer areas controlled directly by the application is a must that sets it apart from other applications on the market.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

Honestly, I love that they are constantly improving the app. I work in SaaS in a different industry and the speed at which they receive feedback then update the product is astounding. 

I can recall several instances where  I thought to myself, "It would be nice if XYZ was available", then I log in the next day and BOOM! There it is in the latest update.

Outside of this, its been great to get a sense of where each of my clients stands, especially in the areas of project stages and billing. 

With Hubflo, I can get all the details I need with their intuitive dashboard, then quickly send updates and reminders to my clients. 

Hubflo truly leveled up my business.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

Sometimes the app is slow to respond to requests. For example, I'll tap on a button and it doesn't respond, but if I tap on it again, it responds. Weird little things like that, but it rarely prevents me from accomplishing what I need to do.

I can provide a unique VIP experience for my clients via the Client Portal and track tasks/projects pertaining to that one client.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

Hubflo lets me manage 70+ tax clients. I was tired of having one tool for workflow, another for signing, another for time and invoicing. I can upload client files from Dropbox and Google Drive without paying extra! 

Most of their competitors are meant for shorter-term engagements, like event planning. If you're in any kind of service and consulting, I highly recommend Hubflo. 

Great support, fair pricing, and actual integration! I will be able to cancel mutiple services now that SmartDocs has been added.

It's still cooking, new features are implemented every week, and it's forcing me to be more organized. I do wish the import features worked better, but I'm hopeful they will improve.

Integration. I've wasted so much time looking for a client document, trying to remeber which Project it's linked to. Hubflo lets me have my client portal, tasks, DMS, link to Calendly, and Chat right in the Client facing Workspace.

I love that it creates a positive customer experience but also a positive experience for me, too. It's simple to use, easy on the eyes and it just makes so much sense. I like that I was able to set it up in a short amount of time unlike its competitors and the customer support is fantastic! I'm so glad I saw the Facebook ad for this product because it's made my life so much easier and I enjoy working on projects even more than before. And, I know I'll be able to scale with this software and I'm happy about that. I made the best decision when I purchased this tool and I highly, highly recommend others use it, too! **What do you like best about Hubflo?**

Hubflo was easy to learn and it's incredibly helpful for managing my clients. As a dog behavior professional, I've used the Accounts for the dogs I work with, connecting the client to those accounts. 

The client portals are incredibly useful! I love the ability to create a template for new clients and am even working on building templates for the type of behavior, so all the handouts, links, and resources are ready to go. 

The service and support is exceptional. Any question I ask is responded to right away - the only delay seems to be our time zone differences (I'm in US and they're in UK). 

Finally, the pricing is very small-business friendly.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

There are a few features I have to workaround right now, but the Hubflo team is aware and have been very responsive. Features are added/updated regularly, so it's just a matter of time.

Two things I would really like to see: 1) for Hubflo to have its own scheduling feature - Calendly is okay, but limited, 2) a more streamlined way to see/respond to chatroom messages from clients.

I don't have to open 12 apps to see contacts, accounts, calendar, messages, etc. It's all in one place.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

It's a perfect solution for a small or growing service based company. I can mange all my CRM, sales flow, proposals, invoicing, payements and project managment in one place. They are always listening and iterating and the customer service is extremently responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

Nothing yet and I can see they're on an exciting journey of iteration and improvement which is encouraging for the future.

Great onboarding solution for my clients and an all-in-one sales and project management solution for my company.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

The ability to have quotes signed. Billing. Expense tracking. CRM customization. Competitive pricing. The responsiveness of customer service. Synchronization of calendars and emails with Outlook. Synchronization of expenses with the bank. The ability to give the accountant access to invoices and expenses. The ability to create customizable collaborative spaces with clients where they can upload documents and where they can drop files.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

Expense validation is not perfect. Text customization is limited. There is no synchronization with Outlook contacts

Communication with clients. Communication with the accountant. Business prospecting. Signing of quotes and contracts. Invoicing of clients. Automatic reminders of payment delays

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

One of the many things I like most about using Hubflo, is the responsiveness of the support team, whenever I have a question, or need some information. The ease with which we have been able to implement the platform, along with the ease of use, has been impressive, allowing us to rapidly improve internal compliance over previously used platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

There are occasionally glitches, where clicking on an item doesn't elicit any response. I would like a little more colour as well.

**What problems is Hubflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubflo has allowed us to more efficiently track and plan both our sales pipeline, and the completion of projects for clients. It has allowed for increased collaboration internally, as well as increased visibility for management on what stage projects and tasks have reached.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

For our interiors projects, this is going to become a great USP with clients.

They listen and care - they want to build the best tool and are always adding intelligent new features.
the support is prompt.

The Portal is becoming amazing! Love the custom domain and global items recently added.

Integration with Mailchimnp and Calendly is really easy - Drive as well.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

At first, getting used to the backend took me a while, but I was adapting it and one of the Directors was really attentive on calls & Zoom to help understand and guide.. that's pretty amazing... thanks Hak.

**What problems is Hubflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communication throughout our design and install process.
Clients can always see what they can do, where we are up to and how to efficiently communicate with us.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

I love the client portal, the look and feel of the client portal once fully branded creates a perfectly congruent experience for clients. Communitcation is seamless and the customer service is always on hand to help. The ability to also track and see reporting sets the platform apart. 
The client portal setup & branding was very easy and the pipeline visual is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

The only feedback I would have is that I would like the supporting documents to be built out more, especially with regards to the contacts/accounts set up.

Hubflo allows me to give my clients a seamless portal, which houses everything they could need for our work together. It also allows me to create and follow up on action points in one place.

Prospect List: Easy to manage and track.
Client Projects: Each client’s projects are organized and personalized.
Billing: Effortless creation of proposals and invoices.
Client Portal: A dedicated space for client interactions.

Customization Limitations: It would be great to move tabs and tables within projects to fit specific needs.

Social Media Management: There’s currently no feature for managing posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., like scheduling posts or having a dedicated calendar for it.

One app to do everything you need, without having to swap fom one app to another.

**What do you like best about Hubflo?**

I've been using Hubflo since its launch, and it has significantly helped me manage my business, track my clients, and simplify the management of my contracts, quotes, and billing. As the sole head of my business, I needed support and ease of use. Additionally, there's always someone available to assist whenever I want to explore more features of Hubflo but haven't mastered the functionality yet.

**What do you dislike about Hubflo?**

Hubflo has planned more improvements, which is great, but the downside is knowing this and having to wait for these new features to arrive. I'm impatiently waiting.

**What problems is Hubflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hubflo to stay organized and follow an easy client management process from prospecting to finalizing contracts: quotes, contracts, online signatures, invoicing, classification, project tracking, and information exchange.

I've been using Hubflo for a year and a half and before choosing this software, I tried out about thirty of them. Hubflo is very comprehensive and allows me to manage all my invoicing, customer relations and task management.  The interface is intuitive and well designed and allows me to give my company a professional image. I highly recommend this application.

Nothing ! everything is great and there is new developpement regularly.

An impressive evolving platform for the services industry packed full of features. Rapid repsonse to queries! 

I've found the platoform is really useful for the architectural industry and is a one stop shop for managing clients and projects for start to finish. The integrations with UK based accounting softwares is also really useful.

I use Hubflo dailiy and is so easy to use!
