Quikchek is good to make attendance record.

Quikchek is very good for applying leaves and it is convenient for management purpose as well.

Quikchek sometimes don't update the attendance status.

And it is not that good in andriod phones as well.

There is no quikchek app for apply users.

The attendance management system is there where a review system can be set up.

Payslips, Tax slips can be managed in this.

An outage happened a few years ago, and a piece of news was there that the cloud provider was compromised.

Salary slips generation takes time.

The application is buggy, and there are a few UI/UX issues which should be taken care of.

Quickchex is that tool that helps everyone. Comprehensive software for employees to track expenses, manage attendance and leaves, review performance and savior to HR and Payroll team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quickchex's Android and iOS application has a lot many bugs and is unresponsive at times. The user interface is quite dull. No provisions to set reminders to mark check-in and/or check out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Quikchex, most of the HR and payroll processing was done manually, so its a big relief for us now.

The most important benefits include:

1. Payroll related data (payslips, tax slips & income tax forms)

2. Reimbursements for office expenses now goes through this portal.

3.Lot of employee details like Profile, Org Chart, compensation, appraisal letters etc are not available on the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI can get a little buggy. Recently few months back they had an outage and as a result our salary processing was delayed by a few days.

Submitting expenses in the older UI was a little tedious which they have now rectified with their latest UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quikchex is a cloud driven platform which provides a very great payroll and labor compliance tool. It is very easy to use. The dashboard is amazing and provides all the relevant and necessary information at one glance. Quikchex software provides the time sheets which helps to keep a record of the working hours of employees. This greatly reduces the manual work and saves time. It is also a more accurate and reliable way of keeping the track and information. It provides great customized workflows by salary structures and payroll cycles. It provides categorization of employees into batches which organizes the workflow and then undergoes automatic synchronization of data respective to the employees information. It provides great attendance integrations, salary processing revision, accounting data process incentives and tax adjustments. It provides monthly payslips and yearly tax slips. It provides management of attendance throughout the entire organization and helps to keep the record of applied and unfiled leaves. It has a great module for employee self service which not only allows the employee to keep a track of his performance but also allows the host to keep in check the data of their employees. Employee monitoring helps the HR teams to have an insight about their workers which helps to solve their queries and helps build a great connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- When you want to claim your comp off, you need to first the get the comp off approved and then the leave approved. Takes a lot of time.

- Need to implement desktop or email notifications for birthdays and work anniversaries.
