From payroll and attendance to PMS and employee records, everything is available on a single platform, backed by an active and responsive support team. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** There isn't much to say in this regard. Whenever we faced any issues, the support team was very active, responsive, and helpful in resolving them promptly. **What problems is Quikchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quikchex simplifies and centralizes all HR processes on a single platform, eliminating the need for multiple systems. It streamlines payroll, attendance, leave management, PMS, and employee records, saving time, improving efficiency, and making day-to-day HR operations easier to manage. ### 2. Quikchek is very good for applying leaves and it is convenient for management purpose as well. Quikchek also keeps a record of payment slips of an employee. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** Quikchek sometimes don't update the attendance status. And it is not that good in andriod phones as well. There is no quikchek app for apply users. So quikchek need some minor improvements **Recommendations to others considering Quikchex:** It is great easy app i think all should use the app **What problems is Quikchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is portal where all payment slips are there so it is very easy to review that directly. Helps in applying leave is a systemic way from anywhere so no direct presence is needed ### 4. Easy to use software. The attendance management system is there where a review system can be set up. Payslips, Tax slips can be managed in this. Income tax declaration can be done. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** An outage happened a few years ago, and a piece of news was there that the cloud provider was compromised. Salary slips generation takes time. The application is buggy, and there are a few UI/UX issues which should be taken care of. The support team takes a lot of time to give a resolution. **What problems is Quikchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a payroll and HR management software. We used it to maintain the attendance record of the employees. Salary slips ad income tax declaration was getting generated on quikchex. There was no analytics and reports dashboard. ### 5. Birthday alerts! User interface is very good and easy to use. Attendance Regularisation, Salary graph. Easy to use interface, quick updates. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** Sometimes the application gets crashed! If regularisation is done by manager application does not give an alert! Expense submission option has to be selected twice, don't realise that the submission has been done or not! **What problems is Quikchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dashboard facility and user interface has changed alot and it's on the better. Birthday alerts, socialising with emoloyess and giving regular business updates helps socialising better. ### 6. Comprehensive software for employees to track expenses, manage attendance and leaves, review performance and savior to HR and Payroll team. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** Quickchex's Android and iOS application has a lot many bugs and is unresponsive at times. The user interface is quite dull. No provisions to set reminders to mark check-in and/or check out. **What problems is Quikchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** With quickchex I am able to manage my attendance and leaves, set KRAs and review the performance of my team. Helps us set the goal and track the progress periodically. Managing expenses - Clients' meetings, employees' work travel expenses have all been easier to manage. ### 7. The most important benefits include: 1. Payroll related data (payslips, tax slips & income tax forms) 2. Reimbursements for office expenses now goes through this portal. 3.Lot of employee details like Profile, Org Chart, compensation, appraisal letters etc are not available on the portal. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** The UI can get a little buggy. Recently few months back they had an outage and as a result our salary processing was delayed by a few days. Submitting expenses in the older UI was a little tedious which they have now rectified with their latest UI. **Recommendations to others considering Quikchex:** It's a good software to automate your payroll management as well as HR function of your organization. One of the better things about them is the improvement they have shown. Over the last year or so their UI has become well polished and the performance has also greatly improved. It is very easy to use. The dashboard is amazing and provides all the relevant and necessary information at one glance. Quikchex software provides the time sheets which helps to keep a record of the working hours of employees. This greatly reduces the manual work and saves time. It is also a more accurate and reliable way of keeping the track and information. It provides great customized workflows by salary structures and payroll cycles. It provides categorization of employees into batches which organizes the workflow and then undergoes automatic synchronization of data respective to the employees information. It provides great attendance integrations, salary processing revision, accounting data process incentives and tax adjustments. It provides monthly payslips and yearly tax slips. It provides management of attendance throughout the entire organization and helps to keep the record of applied and unfiled leaves. It has a great module for employee self service which not only allows the employee to keep a track of his performance but also allows the host to keep in check the data of their employees. Employee monitoring helps the HR teams to have an insight about their workers which helps to solve their queries and helps build a great connection. **What do you dislike about Quikchex?** Nothing so far because Quickchex is so great for running our payroll management. **What problems is Quikchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quikchex is a very simplified and easy to use software. It greatly reduces the workload on teams. It also offers major help in calculation and tracking of expenses for accurate money management of the organization and helps greatly in employee management as well thus covering all the aspects required for the company to enhance its productivity. ### 9.
