What I like most about Hotjar is how easy it makes it to understand user behavior without spending hours digging through data. The session recordings and heatmaps make it straightforward to spot friction points, validate assumptions, and prioritize the right improvements. The biggest drawback is that reviewing a large volume of session recordings can be time-consuming, especially when I’m trying to spot patterns across many users. I really appreciate Hotjar by Contentsquare for understanding click and scroll heat maps. The session recordings are valuable for analyzing web pages and user behavior.
