I get all the things on one portal from recruitment to offboard which includes onboarding, Payroll, Leave, Attendence
interface is easy to understand

**What do you dislike about Horilla HRMS?**

Horilla is not an Android / IOS friendly hence need to login computer everytime

gethring details for time sheet which helps me a lot for maintaining payroll documents

**What do you like best about Horilla HRMS?**

I lover that they offer free services for HR Needs for small businesses. We've used them for multiple reasons over the years and were initially introduced to them to one of our smaller Insurance Agencies that were using them prior to acquisition.

**What do you dislike about Horilla HRMS?**

Overall this is a great product, however they seem to be the most beneficial for the small to mid size companies. For some of our agencies over a certail employee count I feel like there may be other better options out there.

**What problems is Horilla HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Horilla HRMS is great for both HR needs along with, time and attendance and Payroll needs. The great thing about this product is they offer services across a wide range of services within HRMS. I would definitely recommend them for Small to Mid Size Companies.

**What do you like best about Horilla HRMS?**

The Horilla HRMS has been such a boon for startups like me as it is free and comes with an open-source code. It enables us to enjoy potent HR tools like applicant tracking and payroll processing while keeping costs low.

**What do you dislike about Horilla HRMS?**

It is inconvenient to generate the desired data for specific or certain trends. In firms, where the utilization of data is paramount in the management of human resources, this may be a show stopper.

**What problems is Horilla HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Horilla HRMS truly has been a saver for such a compact composition of our staff. That has made it to simplify our onboarding process, reconciliation of payroll and even talent acquisition and management through its applicant tracking system.
