## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. All-in-One Social Media Management That Streamlines Scheduling, Analytics, and Teamwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine R. | UX Writer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how it centralizes all social media management into one intuitive platform. It makes scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing content across multiple channels incredibly efficient. I especially appreciate its user-friendly interface, the ability to collaborate with teams, and the insights it provides to optimize performance. It really helps streamline workflows and save time while maintaining consistency in social media strategies.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Hootsuite. It’s an incredibly complete and well-rounded platform that covers all my needs for social media management. From scheduling to analytics and team collaboration, everything works seamlessly and efficiently. It’s a very reliable tool that consistently delivers a great experience.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the challenge of centralizing all my social media accounts in one place, which makes managing multiple platforms much more efficient. It allows me to schedule content, monitor engagement, and track performance without switching between apps. This saves me time, improves organization, and helps me maintain a more consistent and strategic presence across all my channels.

 ### 2. Easy Planning and Cross-Posting With Flexible Post Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly L. | Community Engagement and Social Media Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It’s easy to use. I like being able to plan and cross-post while still tweaking each post so it feels a little more unique for each social media app. I also appreciate that I can tag people during the planning stage, so I don’t have to go back in and do it live.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish I could choose the still thumbnail image on all videos so I can post reels more easily. You recently fixed the other thing I liked least—adding alt text to Instagram. NOW YOU CAN!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a nonprofit with a very low budget. Your discount helps me be able to afford a professional product. I appreciate alt text being offered and then being able to adjust it. Accessibility is critically important to our social media as a disability-led nonprofit.

 ### 3. Fast, Easy Social Scheduling and Saving Time for You

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emese K. | Head of Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's fast and easy to connect the different social media platforms with Hootsuite, easy and straightforward to plan content, then to follow up how each post succeeds.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I only dislike the price. For a single user, who is not a wealthy company, it is too much. I understand there are different offers, but as I am making about 2000 dollars per month in total from my social media clients, I simply can't afford paying that much. So I keep asking my clients to get the trial vesrion...and use that for a month with each of my small clients:)

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a lot of time, especially that I have small social media clients, who don't pay more than 200-600 dollars per month. So I need to be time efficient, and Hootsuite is a perfect tool for that.

 ### 4. All-in-One Social Management with Scheduling and Analytics That Deliver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Payal A. | Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Everything in one tool. We're across Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook daily at Wisdom Marketing, and Hootsuite helps to manage that chaos. I batch schedule at the start of each week and calendar view helps me spot gaps and fix captions without losing track. Analytics is very useful too. Posts I was confident about flopped, random carousels took off. Analytics reports showed us why.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing jumps between plans are noticeable and some advanced features of listening section required addon plan subscription. Nothing deal breaking just feel it include in team plan.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced scattered tabs, manual checks, work and constant platform switching with one organized workflow. We post more consistently, respond faster, and plan without last minute scrambling. less noise better work. And also manage clients accounts.

 ### 5. Decent scheduler, laggy interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivienne D. | Social Media Strategist, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Automated multi platform scheduling functions well into our two completely different regional social accounts. The incoming message filtering configuration is effective in separating out customer-related messages from brand-related messages. The ability to upload media contents to the unified content library via bulk upload means that significant manual effort is saved every week.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

In enterprise mode, it can take a few minutes to display the engagement dashboard with custom reports. Team management panel access permissions have input lag. Cropping a high resolution vertical image with the inbuilt image editing feature keeps failing.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had difficulty keeping our publication schedules stable with the widely dispersed global clientele. This new centralised interface allows campaigns to be distributed without having to log into individual profiles. Our creative team won't be using old marketing materials with centralized asset management.

 ### 6. Brings Better Control to Social Media Posting Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh J. | Consultant Gynecologist and Medical Educator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

In my routine work, I regularly share women’s health awareness and pregnancy related posts on LinkedIn and Twitter. What I like most about Hootsuite is the ability to schedule posts in advance, especially when I plan weekly health topics like antenatal care, menstrual health, and patient awareness updates. Managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard saves time, as I don’t need to log in separately to each platform. I also use the calendar view to plan posts for different days of the week, which helps me maintain consistency even during busy hospital hours.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One small point I noticed is that when managing multiple scheduled posts, the dashboard can take a few seconds to load at times. It is not a major issue, but during busy hours even small delays are noticeable. Apart from this, the platform works well for regular posting, and once everything is set up, it runs smoothly in daily use.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, posting health awareness content separately on LinkedIn and Twitter took extra time, and sometimes I missed posting during busy working hours. Planning posts manually each day was not always practical. With Hootsuite, I now prepare and schedule posts in advance, usually for a few days or a full week at a time. This helps me share educational health content on time without affecting my routine work. It has made posting more consistent and saves effort in daily social media management.

 ### 7. Streamlines Social Media Management, But Needs Better Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tré K. | Creative Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to manage and streamline social media platform analytics and the content calendar, which really helps in organizing tasks. Hootsuite streamlines our content calendar, making it easy for post creation and approvals. I like that I can post once on multiple channels at the same time, which makes it easy when trying to target certain audiences at a specific time. It ensures the content is adjusted properly for each channel selected. The initial setup of Hootsuite was simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite could be a little more intuitive with post customization like tagging, cover selection, and scheduling comments. There's no way to set a cover image for reels and videos sometimes. Adding locations can be tricky as Hootsuite only allows locations to be set for specific properties, not cities.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media analytics and streamline our content calendar for easy post creation and approval. It allows me to post across multiple channels, ensuring content is tailored for each audience.

 ### 8. Hootsuite Keeps Social Scheduling and Conversations in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka C. | Social Media Content Strategist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I work at a SaaS company Excellent WebWorld, and managing social media platforms was messy. Hootsuite helps keep everything in one tool. Scheduling is easy, and inbox makes it simple to manage all conversations without switching social sites. I also use streams to track what people are talking about in SaaS and AI space, because we serve in those industries, which helps me for content ideas.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Social listening feature is great but it only give basic data in team plan for more better insight need to upgrade separately. I don't like just wishing they should include in team plan.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the day to day chaos of managing multiple social media sites. I just plan, schedule and engage from one tool, which helps me stay consistent. Over time, that consistency has helped us build more authority in our space.

 ### 9. Whiteboard Makes Multi-Account Posting Simple and Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like being able to post to multiple accounts at the same time, but the Whiteboard is definitely my favorite part—I love it. Being able to write my posts, keep track of where they are in the process, and see everything all in one place, it is a fantastic idea.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only issue I can think of is when using the Whiteboard, I want to be able to re-order the columns. I have Brainstorm, In-Progress, Ready, Approved and Scheduled. The scheduled then becomes a reference for that particular month, so I can quickly see what was posted and when, so I am not repeating posts. The problem is that I cannot keep the most recent month next to the other columns, all new columns get added to the right. By no means is this a deal-breaker, but more of an inconvenience.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue Hootsuite is solving for me is the ability to post to both LinkedIn and Facebook at the same time from one location, after all, it is the same information, why do all the work twice, this simplifies the process making my job easier and more efficient.

 ### 10. Easy Scheduling and Clear Social Calendar for Our Non-Profit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khya F. | Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is very easy to use. It's helpful to schedule all socials we use with our non-profit and see the calendar as a whole. I haven't had any issues with posting or seeing stats after the fact. I would recommend using for creating and posting.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I have no issues with the platform itself. As we only use 3 months of the year, I do struggle each year to get back on and pay the charity rate. Once that is set though support is great, the price is fair, and the integrations with FB and Instagram work great.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hoosuite is saving time by scheduling and planning all posts to keep track of what is launching when. It saves last minute reviews of what we alredy posted.

 ### 11. Extremely Helpful Concept, Extremely Frustrating Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Political Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The most helpful feature of Hootsuite is that it makes the scheduling of social media posts so much easier. Being able to post to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc from one website instead of having to visit all of them to schedule posts is a great time saver. It also lets me "set up" my posts even further by scheduling first comments on Instagram and adding locations and tags. It's a very complete experience and makes me feel like my job is writing and not scheduling!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is good at informing users of the limitations and requirements of specific social media websites but not good at actually aiding users in following those requirements. For example, Hootsuite will offer to "size down" an image to make it fit Bluesky's 1GB requirement and then will actually size it down to 1.05GB or something similar, so that I then have to manually size down the image myself and the tool is generally useless. I've also experienced this with hex code issues on video - it tells you the issue but doesn't provide native to the site tools to fix it, which adds a workload to me - exactly the thing I am trying to avoid using Hootsuite. I also have generally not found the AI tools helpful and it does not seem possible to turn them off or scale down their appearance on the screen to focus on what I want my Hootsuite dashboard to look like. The mobile app is also extremely poorly performing and often glitches when I try to edit posts or reschedule them, to the point that I barely bother using it because it is so useless.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite takes a lot of the guesswork out of posting by providing us with metrics on when the best time to post is. It also takes a lot of the manual work out of actually scheduling posts by providing a cross-platform scheduling ability. Essentially, the problem Hootsuite solves is the issues of when grunt work/repetitive work takes more time out of a communications professional's day than actually communicating does.

 ### 12. Easy Scheduling and Clear Performance Insights with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailee N. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love that I can schedule our social media posts months in advance and not have to worry about any posting issues when the time comes. It’s super easy to use, and I also love being able to see how our posts are performing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There isn’t much I dislike about Hootsuite. My main issue is that I use it through the company I work for, and I have trouble logging into platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube using our business accounts rather than my personal ones. It does not allow me to log in without it being my personal.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just being able to schedule all posts in advance is a huge help. We post multiple times a week, and on every holiday as well, so it makes it much easier to stay on top of all our social media posts.

 ### 13. User-Friendly Platform That Streamlines Multi-Channel Social Media Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like the platform because it is very user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate and manage tasks efficiently. It also helps streamline workflows and saves a lot of time when handling multiple social media channels in one place.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing I don’t particularly like is that the platform becomes noticeably slower when using the composer with a large number of channels selected. In those cases, the loading time increases significantly and it can sometimes freeze or even interrupt the process.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media channels efficiently by centralising content planning, scheduling and monitoring in one platform. This significantly simplifies workflows and saves time, as it removes the need to switch between different platforms. For me, this is particularly beneficial because it allows for more organised planning and easier coordination of content across markets. It also improves visibility over scheduled posts and overall campaign consistency.

 ### 14. Easy Multi-Channel Video Publishing from the Hootsuite Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Social Media Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The fact You can upload your completed animated video files (MP4, MOV) to the Hootsuite Dashboard to publish them to multiple social channels at once makes it easier.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Many features that competitors offer for free or cheap—such as deep analytics, asset libraries, and approval workflows—require upgrading to their expensive Business or Enterprise tiers.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a central dashboard to draft one post and schedule it across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn all at once, weeks in advance. The Benefit: Time freedom You can spend one afternoon scheduling a month's worth of animation clips, allowing you to focus the rest of the month entirely on creating art instead of worrying about daily posting.

 ### 15. It's very helpful for staying organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marion L. | Social Media Manager, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I enjoy the fact that all my social posts are centralized in Hootsuite, rather than having to switch between apps during the day. The calendar view offers a better view of what's scheduled and helps identify holes in the schedule before they do. Probably the most used feature is scheduling posts ahead of time. It is also very useful when more than one person is required to view posts before they are taken out.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The user interface is somewhat cluttered at times particularly when I'm just trying to do something simple. Some elements appear to be buried under menus, so a bit of a click to get where I want. Also, I believe that the cost might seem steep if you're a small company or utilizing a single account.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts so that I don't have to manually post everything. It saves time because I can do batches of work, and get posts ready for other channels in one go. It also helps maintain a regular posting schedule rather than it being random. The best thing about it for me is that I feel more organized and not as rushed.

 ### 16. Hootsuite: Clear Social Calendar and Effortless Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianne D. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

My favorite feature of Hootsuite is the easy visibility to my social calendar with Hootsuites scheduling tools. I am able to quickly see what days I need to add or remove content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that I could use Hootsuite to post to a personal Instagram account. In my Hootsuite plan I can only post to a business Instagram account. This would be helpful for me.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often need help planning what days to run content and making sure that different teams who are posting content aren't overlapping. Hootsuite gives all team members a view to ensure we are streamlined in our content planning.

 ### 17. Easy-to-Navigate Interface with Powerful Cross-Platform Reporting Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulina C. | Social Strategist , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love the interface—it’s very easy to navigate. It’s been really helpful for consolidating all our engagement across seven platforms, and I also appreciate the reporting capabilities and the ability to find insights across all our dealer channels.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

When it comes to identifying a dealer’s login status and whether an account is inactive, I wish there were a way for us to check that on our end. I also wish there were an easier way to extract all of our tagged items from the inbox (for example, all of our questions).

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped us organize all our dealers in one place, give them access to a robust content library, and improve reporting across our social channels as well as our inbox and messages.

 ### 18. All-in-One Planning that Simplifies Managing Multiple Platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandor C. | marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like the planning function and the AI hashtags. I enjoy how I can integrate all the platforms I am handling. Very useful to keep them all in one place and see them all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It is too pricey. A small busness cannot afford this pricing. It keeps logging off, the constant verification need is annoying. I think this is unnecessary.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postng on multiple social media platforms all at once, it saves a lot of time for me. Scheduling posts in advance for multiple platforms. Checking the results all at once.

 ### 19. Hootsuite: Innovative Social Media Connections with a Strong, Inclusive Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beste T. | Part Time Brand Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how it helps organizations build meaningful connections with their audiences through social media. I appreciate that Hootsuite combines innovation, technology, and collaboration to solve real business challenges. I am also impressed by the company’s commitment to employee development, inclusion, and creating a positive workplace culture. As someone who is passionate about people, communication, and continuous learning, I find Hootsuite’s values and work environment very appealing.

 ### 20. Reliable service like many others

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flaminia F. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We have been using it for years and I appreciated the sharing with webinars, events and reports on general use of social that they provided. Sometimes it has been inspiring and anyway very useful to orient own strategies, tho these reports are public, so no loss when changing provider

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

We decided to quit it and change onto another provider because: the fees are extremely high compared to similar providers and infact we foudna better one saving 3/4 of the investment.
Hootsuite stay in a position of champions but we have great service and results for much less and with great service output.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certainly, like all other providers, they help you plan the publishing, but it's not a distinguishing requisite. As said above, it's interesting the way Hootsuite reports the experiences they have in social media management that can inspire

 ### 21. Best-in-Class Platform That Beat Other Platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca K. | Training & Communications Coordinator/Event Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

the features to make scheduling easier than most other platforms. we are concerned about the cost, especially of add ons and have tried to test out other platforms but HS has the market on features!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The cost. We are a very small company and it is hard to budget for this. Also, in the past year there have been quite a few posts that were not sent out even though they were scheduled correctly. If it weren't for those two things, this would have received a 10.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi-platform posting and tagging are the two biggest. I really, really hate that you took away streams though. As a manager, it was so easy to use streams to see what was scheduled at a glance versus having to use the calendar/planner.

 ### 22. Time-Saving Platform Consolidation with Easy Sharing and Cross-Platform Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny M. | E-Commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Consolidation of platforms is the primary reason. it's also much easier to share than meta scheduler in case posts need amends or approval.

It's allowed us to add platforms we didnt bother with (i.e youtub eand TikTok) purely because time saving.

Cross platform reporting saves loads of time and pricing is reasonable. Wouldn't change anything.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It was mildly annoying linking a facvebook page that a previous employee had claimed using a different account, but help/support online got me through it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's all about time saving. Social has been a bit of a thorn in our side, but now it's much more efficient. Plus since the user that's actually posting is relatively inexperienced, i can jump in and double check everthing is on brand.

 ### 23. Removed Photo Reordering Feature and other problems

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

After using it for months, I'm finding less things I like about Hootsuite. It has been a downhill experience.

What I still like about it, is that I can create tags for my posts and it's easy to pull metrics.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I dislike that you took away the feature to rearrange photos uploaded in the draft post. I now have to upload the pictures one-by-one. And if someone wants them in a different order, I then need to go in and delete the photos and re-upload. Why did you get rid of this feature?

You also keep changing analytics. We created our own template, but twice now, we have gotten "this metric is no longer supported ..." which is annoying.

Our accounts keep disconnecting! Especially BlueSky.

Tagging people on LinkedIn posts and Facebook can be super difficult. We usually have to wait until after we made the post, go into the platform and edit the post to tag the correct people.

Your OwlAi bot is not that helpful. I rather use ChatGPT or Copilot. It has better outcomes. You should spend more time fixing and expanding on the features I listed above and be less worried about your ai bot. The support answers aren't great for my specific questions. And I couldn't find the help button at all.

I don't think we are getting our moneys worth.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the tagging feature on posts, it's easier to track which posts we are doing for our different programs and compare them.

It's also really quick to pull analytics.

 ### 24. Hootsuite made multi-channel management a dream for a multi-brand company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth J. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The cross-posting, editing and customization of content for a multi-brand company like ours became hassle-free and organized with Hootsuite. The ease of integrating different brand portfolios into a single platform simplified campaign implementation. With the AI integrations in content creation and 'Listening' powered by Talkwalker, the potential of the platform doubled, making it my go to for everyday market research, SEO edits and content polishing. Special shoutout to the enterprise account support teams (customer support and tech) for always resolving and troubleshooting any problems I run into within a couple of hours. I have been using Hootsuite every workday for the past 2 years and I cannot suggest a better platform that does it all!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Even though Listening has been amazing for general topics, it would be amazing to have it perform better, pulling in specific data for niche markets like equestrian products or auto detailing.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a company with 5+ brands and 15+ digital channels. Hootsuite solved the biggest organizational hurdle of having all these channels on a single platform. It made cross-channel posting and tracking simple and straightforward. The capability of having different HootBios for our different brands was a game changer.

 ### 25. Time-Saving All-in-One Dashboard for Scheduling Across Multiple Platforms

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Islam F. | Social Media Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The all-in-one dashboard that lets me manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms from a single place. It saves me so much time compared to jumping between native apps.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The main thing I dislike about Hootsuite is the pricing, it feels quite expensive, especially for the standard plan that will mainly be used by small businesses or solo creators.

The interface can also feel cluttered, outdated, and overwhelming at times, with a learning curve compared to more modern, streamlined tools.

Some features (like advanced analytics or certain platform integrations) feel limited or require add-ons, and support response times can be slow.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made social media efforts more organized, strategic, and efficient. posting more consistently, responding faster to audience, and having better insights to grow reach.

 ### 26. Hootsuite Makes Social Media Support and Reporting Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan E. | Director of Escalations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like how easy Hootsuite is to use—it makes managing multiple social accounts feel simple and organized instead of overwhelming. The interface is clean, and scheduling posts takes just a few clicks. The reporting is another big plus; it gives clear, useful insights that help me understand what’s working and where I can improve, without having to dig through complicated data.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Nothing to be honest, compared to the previous tool that we had, this meets all our needs. From the easy inbox use to monitor all our channels to the Analytics area for our daily reporting.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love how easy Hootsuite is to use—it makes managing multiple social accounts feel simple and organized. Scheduling posts is quick and straightforward, and the reporting is especially helpful. It provides clear insights that make it easy to see what’s working and where I can improve without getting overwhelmed by data.

 ### 27. Organized, Streamlined Social Media Management in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is how it keeps everything organized without making social media management feel overwhelming. Being able to see multiple accounts and upcoming content in one place saves me a lot of time throughout the week. The platform helps me post consistently and in a streamlined way.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I don’t like about Hootsuite is that it can feel a little overwhelming when there’s too much going on in the dashboard. Some features that seem pretty basic are only available on the more expensive plans. Every now and then I find myself clicking around longer than I should just to get where I need to go. It’s useful, but it’s not always the most intuitive platform to navigate. Sometimes it feels like it could be a lot simpler for everyday use.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is that it saves me a ton of time. I can plan out my social media posts for the week or month, get everything scheduled, and then move on to other things. It lets me spend more time creating content instead of worrying about posting every day. I like knowing everything is taken care of and running in the background. It just makes managing social media a lot easier and less stressful.

 ### 28. Multi-Channel Scheduling for Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Easy to schedule a post. It takes just a few seconds to upload content and post on multiple channels. It's easy to use in a bigger marketing team, where multiple people can work in one platform.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The user interface isn’t great when it comes to metrics. It feels clunky and outdated. I wish it were easier to pull monthly reports and quickly see, on a one-page summary, what went well, what didn’t go well, and what I could do to perform better in the following month or week.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me schedule posts, create posts and then track how that post is doing. The calendar feature is also great to see when a post went out earlier in the week.

 ### 29. Simple Reporting That Makes Proving ROI Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie H. | Social Media Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Reporting is simple and straightforward. You can always find what you're looking for to prove ROI with specific reports for each social platform. The setup makes approving posts seamless. The AI suggestions are also very helpful with our monthly reporting meetings.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

When we had a dedicated account manager, I felt like we were consistently learning and uncovering new ways to use the platform. With less engagement from our current account manager, it feels like we may be missing out on opportunities and features that could benefit our team.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved a lot of time in our approval process by implementing Hootsuite and integrating all of our social channels and team members into the platform.

 ### 30. Time-Saving Social Media Management with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Macy T. | Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, and it really helps with time management by making the scheduling process more efficient. I love the reporting and competitive analysis features. They make it easier to see what performs well and understand what my customer base wants to see. They also provide insights into how we are doing compared to other companies in our industry. Setting up Hootsuite was so easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes there is a lag when opening Hootsuite. So maybe faster online speed. Quicker response time, quicker website open.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, which saves time on time management and reporting. It makes it easier to see what performs well and gauge our performance compared to other companies.

 ### 31. Centralizes Social Management, Analytics & Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranisha . | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like using Hootsuite to schedule posts, monitor social channels, and track engagement across multiple platforms in one place. It helps me streamline social media work by centralizing scheduling, approvals, and monitoring, so I don't have to juggle multiple platforms separately. I like that it lets me manage all social accounts in one dashboard and schedule everything efficiently. I also like the built-in analytics, which make it easy to see what's performing well without exporting data or switching tools. The setup was straightforward, and connecting accounts and configuring workflows took only a short time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The mobile app can feel slow at times and bulk editing or rescheduling posts is not as smooth as it could be.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts, monitor social channels, and track engagement across platforms. It streamlines social media work by centralizing scheduling, approvals, and monitoring, so I don't have to juggle multiple platforms.

 ### 32. Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling for Animated and Static Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Misti M. | Account Manager and Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like being able to schedule multiple platforms at the same time. I also like being able to schedule both animated and static content, including reels.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I do not like that there are no longer streams for each individual business. It makes it more difficult to check what is scheduled, especially when you are a business that schedules for a lot of clients.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me schedule multiple platforms for my clients in a minimal amount of time. It takes way too long to schedule through each individual platform.

 ### 33. Makes my work easier, just wish it was more affordable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha L. | Social Media Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite while working at Skaly, and it honestly helps me keep things getting too messy. Since we're a small agency, I'm usually handling a few clients at once. I like that I can posts in advance and see everything in one calendar. It just makes my day feel more sorted.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing I've noticed over time is the pricing. It used to feel more flexible earlier, but now it gets expensive when we start adding more profiles. For a small agency like ours, that adds up quickly.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Skaly, we don't have a big team, so staying organized matters a lot. This helps me manage content for different clients without missing posts. It saves me time on posting, so i can focus more on ideas, shoots, and making better content instead of just managing everything.

 ### 34. Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malcolm G. | Customer Engagement Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite is very easy to use and it has a great calendar of holidays. The tools that help me modify and customize my posts without leaving the drafting page are very useful. I'm able to post multiple versions of a social media post across various platforms at the same time, which saves me many hours of work per year. I also like being able to schedule my posts in advance. It simplifies my work by allowing me to create different versions of a post for various platforms without switching tabs or applications. It even suggests popular hashtags and helps make posts concise for platforms with limited character counts. The initial setup was pretty simple, only requiring me to sign into my socials and approve permissions. Overall, I find these features really valuable for managing social media for my nonprofit foundation.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the platforms become disconnected without warning and setup on some platforms like Bluesky can be a little wonky. In the event of downtime for one of the platforms it manages, it doesn't let me know outright that it can't connect because the platform is having an issue. As an example, if Facebook is down, it would be nice for Hootsuite to let me know that it can't connect because Facebook is having an outage. I've seen it do that on occasion, but it is inconsistent. I typically use Canva to draft posts, but I haven't found the integration to be very intuitive with Hootsuite, so those platforms live individually.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media platforms, posting varied content simultaneously. It saves me hours of work and offers easy customization of posts. Scheduling in advance and an intuitive holiday calendar enhance the experience, without switching between tabs.

 ### 35. Hootsuite’s been such a good planner!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite's customized "Recommended Time to Post" feature is a solid addition to any social media workflow. It takes the guesswork out of scheduling by analyzing your specific audience's activity patterns and delivering personalized guidance on when your posts are most likely to land. Rather than relying on generic best-practice time slots, it tailors recommendations to your unique account data, making it a genuinely useful tool for improving reach and engagement over time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One notable limitation is the inability to pre-schedule collaborative posts on Instagram, as well as Instagram Stories. This can be a real friction point for teams and brand partnerships that rely on coordinated, time-sensitive content. Having to manually post these in real time disrupts workflow efficiency, especially when managing multiple accounts or working across different time zones. For social media managers who depend on a fully scheduled content calendar, this gap means collaborative and Story content still requires a separate, hands-on process that the platform hasn't yet been able to automate.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The recommended time-to-post feature has still been a huge help for our team. Rather than relying on guesswork or generic advice, it gives us data-driven guidance tailored to our specific audience, making it so much easier to schedule content with confidence.

 ### 36. Hootsuite facilitates the management and scheduling of networks with an intuitive interface.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heylin L. | UX/UI Designer , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is how practical it is for managing multiple social networks from one place. It makes scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and tracking content performance much easier, which helps save time and keep work better organized.

Additionally, it stands out for its intuitive interface and its analytics tools, which allow for more strategic decisions about a brand's content and digital presence. In my experience, it is especially useful for marketing teams or for those who manage multiple accounts at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One aspect that could be improved in Hootsuite is that some more advanced features are limited to paid plans, which can be somewhat restrictive for small users or teams that are just starting. Additionally, sometimes the platform can feel a bit complex at first due to the number of tools and options available, although it becomes easier to use over time.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite primarily solves the problem of managing multiple social networks in an organized and efficient manner. It allows scheduling content in advance, monitoring messages and comments from a single place, and analyzing the performance of posts without needing to enter each platform separately.

This greatly benefits by saving time, improving content planning, and facilitating decision-making based on metrics and results. It also helps maintain a more consistent and professional presence on social media.

 ### 37. Hootsuite Makes Social Scheduling Easy Across Many Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hailey H. | Social Media Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that it has a wide variety of supported social media platforms. We can handle all of our scheduling in one place. We've used other scheduling platforms that wasn't as comprehensive and it was very inconvenient.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I have a hard time finding any downsides to Hootsuite. It's a robust platform that meets all of our needs. Every once in a while, a social platform will need to be reconnected. It's inconvenient, but it only takes a moment to fix.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hootsuite to schedule all of our posts across all of our social media platforms. We post every single day, so Hootsuite allows our team to effectively batch our content and we are able to walk away from the work on the weekends with confidence that it will post without us.

 ### 38. Holistic Social Media Management with Room for LinkedIn Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Skye D. | Storyteller & Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite allows us to automate every channel of our social media, solving the problem of manually posting content and letting us 'set and forget' for a bit while picking up the metrics later. I appreciate that my team and I can evaluate, schedule, and strategise our social activity and content through one platform. It's great that we can plan, preview, schedule, and review analytics for each of our social channels, all from one dashboard, providing us with a holistic, hands-off view of our social listening. Also, the initial setup was VERY easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like their approach to LinkedIn. There's no accurate previews of content or posts within LinkedIn. They have not put the proper thought into the platform and because of that, we need to do a lot of manual work inside LinkedIn, even with the Hootsuite help.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to automate social media across channels, saving us from manual posting. It lets us plan, schedule, and analyze content from one platform, providing a seamless social strategy.

 ### 39. Intuitive Scheduling and Reporting with Handy Hashtag Generator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's very intuitive when it comes to post scheduling and reporting. The hashtag generator also comes in handy. Having the ability to organise the social posts by tags and campaigns helps too. It also allows integration with Bluesky which is a plus!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the metrics change in the reports and you have to manually update them. An automatic suggestion would be preferred. It would also be nice to have the option to post the first comment on LinkedIn, not just Instagram.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is great for drafting social posts, sending them to the manager for review and getting them scheduled. Having the integrated owly link shortner is absolutely incredible, especially because it allows us to set the UTM tagging for GA4, attribute it to the right platform and campaign

 ### 40. Intuitive One-Stop Social Planner with a Great Calendar and AI Caption Help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cher R. | PR and Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I am a one person internal marketing team, so I need a one-stop tool to plan my social across different channels. Hootsuite is intuitive, and the calendar tool makes it easy to see my plan in action. It's a fair price with a nice AI tool to help me with captions and content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the connections to my account fall off, but I'm not sure this is a failing of the software so much as a glitch with the integrations. I get email notification, so I can reconnect.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. I'm a one-person team. I don't have time to touch social every day, so I need to plan and then execute. With Hootsuite, I have a reliable partner. I typically plan 6 weeks out with room to schedule more timely posts as needed.

 ### 41. Effortless Social Media Management with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how easy Hootsuite is to use; it's nice and simple. Unlike other tools that can be buggy and difficult to connect with various platforms, Hootsuite automatically connects with everything we need, like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This ease of connection is essential for me as a startup founder because I don't have time to mess around with making things work. The fact that Hootsuite just works straight out of the box makes it really attractive and worth the time and money spent. The initial setup was very easy and quick; I've got no complaints there. I also appreciate the upfront nature of Hootsuite's pricing, even though it's paid.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I would love it if we could incorporate AI workflows and things like that. So, the idea of being able to build out AI agents to operate on our social media would be really cool. Sort of the next step in automation, would be really nice.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to coordinate across loads of different social media platforms simultaneously, including personal and business accounts. It allows me to plan campaigns over time effectively.

 ### 42. Intuitive and Easy to Use—Hootsuite’s AI Helps with Captions and Hashtags

**Reviewed by:** Sophia S. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate how intuitive the site is. When I first started using it, it felt very easy to work my way around it. It was easy being able to add accounts, incorporate different types of posts of different sizes, and the AI bot has been more than helpful when it comes to captions and hashtags.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There isn't much that I dislike about Hootsuite. I haven't had any issues with it within the time that I have been using it for our companies social media.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our marketing department, we're a small team. So having something that can help us not only find the best time to schedule our posts, look into our accounts and post analytics so we know whats performing and what isn't, along with copy help has been a huge benefit.

 ### 43. Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling with Unified Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna M. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ability to schedule across multiple platforms or just one. I like that I can link across platforms with ease and can then see insights from all of these

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that it would automatically resize the images to the correct size required for platforms. If I am posting a carosel it is annoying when i have to go into each post to resize it. Also it is quite expensive for what it is. I wish there was a feature to see a feed preview also this would be very useful.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time by quite a significant amount. I like that it is easy to see how your posts are scheduled meaning I don't have to look at all of the posts together in canva or something.

 ### 44. Effortless Social Scheduling in One Place with Helpful AI Optimization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audra H. | Marketing & Brand Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that I can schedule posts for all of our social media accounts at one time in one place. I also really like the AI help for optimizing my posts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I have occasional issues posting videos for Facebook. Specifically, when I want an image of the video from the link. I have to periodically reconnect my social media accounts to Hootsuite as well. Not a big issue but sometimes a pain.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I struggled with messaging across different platforms but with the AI feature, I'm able to polish and optimize my posts for each platform which saves me a lot of time...especially when I get writers block. It's nice being able to have similar but platform specific messaging for my posts.

 ### 45. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Platform Social Media Management Effortless

The UI is easy to navigate, it integrates with all social media easily, and is cost effective for our non-profit organization.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Nothing - Hootsuite performs well, offers good customer service, and helps facilitate our social media posting. As a paid member, we have access to all the tools and features we might need.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows my team to easily post and track metrics across all social media platforms. This helps us effectively use our time and resources, and understand what resonates with our audience.

 ### 46. Streamlines Content Management, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaymon J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to create better AI images and generate high-quality images, which is really helpful. I think the auto-upload function, or whatever it's called, is great because it simplifies scheduling, planning, and posting. This feature means I don't have to manually upload or keep track of when to upload, which saves a lot of time and makes the entire experience more integrated and high quality.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I would really like a more integrated dashboard experience. The dashboard seems a bit not well integrated and kind of deconstructed. Also, the Hootsuite website took a long time to load after the setup process. We needed to log in about seven times before it actually signed us into our account.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to create better AI images and utilize its auto upload and scheduling features to save time, making my digital experience more integrated and high quality.

 ### 47. Great Analytics, Social Listening, and Multi-Account Posting in One Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana L. P. | Bilingual Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I can access great analytics reports. I also have access to social listening, and I can create posts for multiple accounts. Overall, it’s a great social media management program.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I’m unable to fix a mistake with the group where I sent the bulk of posts, like I was able to do with Soci. There always seem to be a lot of issues with the API and with overall connectivity.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an easier interface for our company and content collaborators to understand, and it has helped increase the production of posts for our accounts. It’s also easier to send a post in bulk to multiple accounts.

 ### 48. Scheduling and Link Shortening That Simplify Global Social Media Posting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Scheduling and link shortening are key features that makes posting across different social media platforms helpful. We use this across our whole global team to save on individual costs.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish the recommended times to post was recommended over a longer time period than one month. We only post once or twice a week, so the recommended times just ends up being whatever time we posted most often at rather than a real recommendation. Also, after scheduling posts individually, if I notice an error made to the posts, I have to click into each post individually to make the change rather than all at once, which is a bit tedious. I also think the platform is still quite pricey for what it is.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save time and effort cross posting to different social media platforms by using one scheduler. The built in link shortener is also useful so I don't need to go to another platform for it.

 ### 49. Efficient, User-Friendly Social Campaign Management with Helpful AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew D. | Director of Marketing and HUD Programs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I find Hootsuite most effective and efficient for managing your social media campaigns for numerous social media channels. Its easy to use and super friendly, especially the AI help.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish Hootsuite had more options to repeat and reschedule posts in the future so its easier to manage campaigns and post future ads. I'd like more tutorials and videos to help us learn all aspects of the programs

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I basically don't need to have a social media manager because I can program ads and campaigns myself on multiple platforms which makes my job easier, especially for small nonprofits and businesses.

 ### 50. Hootsuite makes social media posting super easy for my small business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like being able to use one platform to make all of my social posts, schedule in advance so I can set it and forget it. It's a big timesaver for my small business. I have used it when posting for my client's social media posts as well so the platform is very versatile.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I pretty much like all the features - when posting on LinkedIn, I can hyperlink businesses but can't see to hyperlink actual first party contacts so it's a two step process for me to do that. Unless I don't know how to do it. But otherwise, I'm very satisfied and it meets my needs.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to schedule my social media posts in advance and set it and forget it on multiple channels, have my calendar filled with social content and have my posts go up at scheduled times takes one things off my plate on a daily basis.
