It is impossible to get anyone on the phone at Homensnap LLC. **Recommendations to others considering Homesnap Pro:** I would not give them your bank card. IF you use a Credit card, I would contact your credit card company and put a note in there about their practices. Be very careful about spending money on Homensap Pro Plus. This company will try to charge you any way they can when you dont expect it. **What problems is Homesnap Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** NA- Nonexistent support and customer service. The only benefit is we can schedule a showing, but we have showingtime here. The biggest problem is the very fraudulent approach. ### 2. Literally nothing happens for 6 months, don't waste your money, concierge literally does nothing, and if you call to complain all they can come up with is, "well your not posting enough reviews" WTF, I'm getting reviews about once a week and nothing ever came through lead wise. **What problems is Homesnap Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pro does auto posts for you, but not sure if it really matters, Concierge does nothing but take your money ### 3. Please make a brokers model with a discounted agent costs for pro plus based on number of agents **What do you dislike about Homesnap Pro?** Homesnap improvements For Homesnap pro plus agents Allow a CRM-like follow-up boss to integrate into the Homesnap website - the current solution is weak. Let agents set up housing drip ( automatically send new listings ) from the website, highlighting the agent. ( as long as they sign up for the newsletter or download the app) Make changing the zip codes allowable for the newsletter easier- tutorial on how to. So the consumer can have the newsletter sent to the zip codes they want. Have a dedicated number ( like Zillow) for calls that come in through the concierge service. Most calls not in your contacts on your phone get flagged as spam. Get a text feature on Google searches for agents who use the concierge service. Allow concierge leads to be automatically put into my website newsletter. Change the about me page ( HS website) and add my public profile. The app is excellent. Have a pop-up tutorial walking buyers/sellers through how to set up alerts and send properties to agents through the app. Customers and clients need help to figure it out. Neither can most agents. ( yes, they should watch the HS training) Allow a PDF attachment when you send a property through the HS app messages. Allow a tracking pixel on the websites. My HS public profile page shows me as the contact agent when a consumer clicks on a property for sale. It would allow me to use the page for advertisements. Why would I, or any agents, drive a buyer or seller to another agent??? Fix the link for client reviews on HS Pro PLus. I would like to use My Homesnap Public profile for advertising. However, when you click on a home for sale, it promotes the listing agent. Can this be changed to have them contact me? Maybe link to my home snap website when they search homes in the newsletter **Recommendations to others considering Homesnap Pro:** Great product , concierge leads are very weak . Use follow up boss with the product **What problems is Homesnap Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reviews from the HS review link have not been posted to google in a few months. Solve that, as well as get a dedicated number to ID Calls from leads. We need a text feature on the ads as well. ### 5. And, it has the added bonus for them to search outside of my state, like nationwide, something I wouldn't get with an IDX website. It would only have the local mls integration. And with Homsnap, it notifies me of potential leads immediately! It has my contact information for them to contact me as well! Homesnap was nice enough to change my url upon making a request which was really nice of them! **What do you dislike about Homesnap Pro?** I wish I could have a bigger picture of myself bc it's part of my face/head and cuts off. Most recent issue - started 5/5/22 no one to answer phones, send several emails finally reached a live person on 5/16/22 currently on hold for over 5 min after explaining my situation. Too bad this could be a great platform however the service is horrible. **Recommendations to others considering Homesnap Pro:** Could be a great product however seems to have ongoing issues with Listing input AND HORRIBLE customer service, IF you can get someone on the phone you can expect to wait and hope they actually resolve the problem. They advertise listings i sold over 6 months ago. You send something to support and they can't read or comprehend (I asked for a contact to connect with Zapier for integration with my CRM) and they responded with a total misinterpretation that i forgot my password but then I said wtf this is what I said, and they NEVER got back to me! Then, I Know my contract ends in 3 months and they give me a an end date that looks like 6 months. You can't do anything with the leads in Homesnap - like make a note or sort or anything so you're forced to export but then you can only export the name and you have no idea without going back into the app to figure out what the person was wanting (location, price point etc.) Just totally crappy experience. I have nothing positive to say about this company. **What do you dislike about Homesnap Pro?** Their customer service is non-existent until you dispute their charges. There is no proactive support for their product on their part. I didn't even know what they were until this call. They won't refund in full because the products were available to me, even though I did know it and didn't use them, and offered me a partial refund. I was also charged last year during a pandemic and disputed it but didn't follow up on credit (my bad), so I paid them $599 for a full year of nothing and didn't realize that until the bank did an audit. **Recommendations to others considering Homesnap Pro:** Work on interacting with your clients, like answering the phones at least. **What problems is Homesnap Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I have no known benefit that has impacted my business. After four months into the contract, I have only received three hot leads which one of those leads was my personal phone number, and the other two hot leads were unemployed and could not qualify for a mortgage and have no money to purchase a home. This lead service is terrible. Several other leads came out with auto-reply that they would be working on my behalf to qualify those leads however, nothing came of them. I have called support management several times for help without any progress. Real estate agents and brokers be careful of this Homesnap company. I wish I would’ve never wasted my time and money. I purchased for $99 and I think that's what the cost should be. There's no huge standout feature that I can see being worth $500+.
