I love the most recent changes which shows much more information on the main page. The site is easy to navigate and all of the information is very easy to use. I really like the ability to create "Inform Letters" with our company address and logo, I can just print them out right off the website and mail them to my clients and my caregivers. I wish that I could click on the interviews and print them out right off the site easier, to do that, and have them print out correctly, I have to do a couple extra steps, it by no means is frustrating or a hardship of any kind. It is very simple but there isn't much I would change about the current state of this software as I think they have done a great job with it. So that is the only thing I can even think of.
