Recommendations to others considering Hiring Hub:
I believe it is essential to invest time in briefing the recruiters to get our culture and business ethos across so they can represent us well to candidates. I encourage our team to be as responsive as possible when communicating with recruiters, as this generally leads to a positive relationship and encourages recruiters to be equally responsive with us. As a small business, our ability to move quickly often differentiates us from much larger businesses and can help us acquire some of the best talent out there. What problems is Hiring Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small (30 person) business and we don't have the time to speak to up to four or five recruiters for each role that we need to fill.
Managing multiple roles with multiple candidates was proving difficult, relying on email, phone calls and the various other disparate communications channels specific to each recruiter. Collaborating on hiring for roles within our team was very difficult and would often lead to miscommunication or duplicated communications, neither of which leaves a positive impression of our business.
We needed to expand our network of recruiters for some of our more challenging roles and finding good recruiters was a very hit and miss experience for us historically.
Since starting to use Hiring Hub we have found it simple to manage our hiring process using the platform, the Kanban board style dashboard makes keeping track of each role simple as it clearly illustrates progress from candidate submission through 1st/2nd interviews and ultimately hiring someone for the role.
Finding, selecting and working with new recruiters is incredibly simple with Hiring Hub and the recruiter scoring system indicates historical performance of each recruiter with other roles they’ve worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
