Blueprint does a thorough job vetting the candidates before they make it to the initial interview. This is a massive time savings in itself. They do an initial interview to ensure soft skills and basic requirements are met and learn more about the candidates as human beings. The team is great; they follow up, keep us in track for deadlines and advocated for the candidates.
