**What do you like best about HiPer Agent Experience?**

Helps new agents what to say and helps to bring them up to speed with the rest of the team. Easy to use, it keeps pace with the conversation and improves performance faster than normal.

**What do you dislike about HiPer Agent Experience?**

Suggestions are curated by a team looking at top agent conversations, not automated and not necessarily grounded in fact. This is OK for sales, but can't be used for customer service.

**What problems is HiPer Agent Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes my agents more efficient and drives higher revenue. It improves my conversion rates in my newer and previously lower performing agents.
