## Hexnode UEM Reviews
  ### 1. Great service, East to use, and most of all Spectacular support . A++

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B. | Account Executive Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The admin interface is easy via web (best is used on a larger screen). It works very well. You can easily navigate through device settings, set policy's that can be applied via per device, per user, per group / team. Users can be added by name. Devices can have a custom name. Remote access is available . Plans can be changed at any time. The best part here is the support. They will get you through everything, including helping with DEP with Apple Devices. Which can be wonky if things happen in a certain flow , or way. Stick to what support says. Always remember to have enough licenses .

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

It can be quirky, mostly related to apple devices. In that you can set things up in a order which can cause a race condition. Like for instance I have the MDM app on an iPad, but no location. That's due to me messing around learning what I wanted out of the profile. So note to self, is to make sure you map out what it is you want to get out of it first, like a use case. Then tell support and they will walk you through it.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Its awesome. Just listen to support they will steer you right. The only thing you have to be aware of is how many licenses you have. You can "Add" a device and not have enough. I went in circles with support until it dawned on me , I didn't have enough licenses.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OH god, The list is long,. Its helping with controlling user acess, and ensuring everyone is on the same page per device, so you don't run into issues with 'who's on 1st' scenarios. Lock devices remotely, access via remote sessions (view or control based on plan) The price is right,. I will not be surprised if these guys get gobbled up by a larger IPO or tech co, in the future. lets just hope they leave legacy plans alone.

  ### 2. Easy to Use, Clean Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Hexnode is easy to use and has a clean interface. It is well documented and the chat support has always been helpful and responds quickly. I also like having remote view on Apple devices.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Migrating Apple devices from one MDM solution to another is hindered by the fact that you need to do a factory reset to be supervised under DEP. This is not the fault of Hexnode, but because of the way Apple has things setup. Just something to be aware of if you're moving from another provider.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Make sure you are able to factory reset when migrating Apple devices from another MDM provider.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to use that previous MDM and it's easier to use. Remote view is nice for support.

  ### 3. Simple to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I switched over to Hexnode because it had all the specifications we was looking for. i especially like the kiosk mode as this locks down all our tablets meaning the children are unable to access anything unless we want them to. The pricing is very reasonable as well

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I can honestly say i dont dislike anything with Hexnode.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

None

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the issue of students installing apps/games

  ### 4. Innovative Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

It is an excellent solution that has helped us and still helps manage our devices safely. The product has adapted to our company in an incredible way. The team support is great and can help us with all the necessary doubts.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The only negative point so far is that the report's customization is far behind schedule

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an easy tool to use and implement. Anyone can use it.

  ### 5. Works well for a small business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The software product worked well and met our needs better than the competition. It was the most flexible in managing policies. It also supports Azure AD integration to sync users with Office 365, which would be helpful in a full deployment scenario where we deploy Endpoint Management and Endpoint Protection to all users and devices within the company.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

 With flexibility comes responsability/effort.

Would be nice to have policies that we could use without much effort and customization.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Very flexible and power software.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance

  ### 6. Simple and effective mobile device management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel P. | Site Reliability Engineering Director, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Mobile device management is top notch. It allowed us to enforce strict security policies and comply with very demanding standards. Mobile devices are the easiest path to a security breach, and Hexnode MDM helped us to get this under control while also providing great inputs for incident management.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Could used a finer grained user profile management and sub-account support for providing customers their own dashboards.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Do evaluate other options, but you won't regret going this route.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile devices are usually exposed to many different networks (private, corporate, wi-fi, gsm, ...) and it's not easy to enforce firewall or anti-malware policies. Hexnode MDM helped us to get these devices managed and under control at all times.

  ### 7. Good enough but glitchy

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne H. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Quick affordable solution for our application to get off the ground.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Poor software with options in the policy over lapping and interfering.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Good for one device, not sure about at scale.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Put our tablet in kiosk mode to keep it awake and disable the staff from using the tablet for any reason other than the application

  ### 8. Simple and secure mobile device management system for your business.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I like how flexible is to enroll mobile devices. Mobile devices can be enrolled through a server URL, QR code scanning, email, SMS, that is a time saving for your business.

I also tried Kiosk mode. This feature gives users the option to lock down mobile devices so they can be used to access and run only specific apps or be restricted to perform just a single task. a must have when providing service to a kid or senior citizen where not all the functions are needed.

Helps companies and businesses monitor call history, and track and control data usage. reducing the costs of data utilization, contributing to cutting down expenses.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

No multilanguage support, they should consider expanding to other languages.

Data Management is in the works but not fully developed yet, has some functions that are still needing to be built.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Hexnode, is fast and simple to deploy, meets all the required needs for any company trying to manage, control and restrict devices. Still lacks some features that other competitors have, but they are on the road-map for future development

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hexnode helped in deploying our MDM solution in record time. We've been looking for an MDM solution that we can easily try out and deploy and manage with the current size of our business and number of devices.

  ### 9. So simple to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I like the simple ease of getting into the functions, enjoyed who simple it was to wipe a device remotely and watching with my eyes how quickly and easy this was completed. Love the simple and easy way to add new users and devices.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I am new to the product so, so far i haven't any complaints at this moment.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supplying great remote support for clients remote reporting, inspection services, and much more applications, for the marine environment, by the application of the MDM to control users and devices. This provides great security for the devices and clients data.

  ### 10. EPICALLY AMAZING SERVICE/PRODUCT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I love the customer service!!! Their reps (Jasper/Jerry) are truly amazing and helpful. They have not only helped me set everything up but taught me how. I'm super please with how the product is working and so are our Clients!!

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There are no dislikes. This product and reps are absolutely on top of helping and assisting with any questions or concerns I had.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

If your IT/PC savvy then this product will not be an issue!

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have our Clients fill out digital paperwork with this app without worrying about them browing the internet or getting distracted on the tablets. This helps the flow with everything else we have digitally.

  ### 11. The best as far as i know

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio C. | Consultant CCTV,Networking, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

We needed a simple but powerful mdm able to kiosk multiple apps in a fleet of android devices.
We found in Hexnode the perfect product to deploy the solution, simple configuration yet powerful.
it supports a lot of different devices and probably we are going to expand the mdm solution to all our mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

it can get better in the licensing, maybe associate the license to a device group insted to the whole tenant is a better solution

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Go for it, it's everything you need and the support is responsive and efficent

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

giving tablet to 350 retail shop can be a nightmare to handle for the IT Staff. with hexnode in kiosk mode we solved 90% of the possible problems just disabling many of the "nasty" options available.

  ### 12. Customizable MDM with lots of documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The documentation is very clear and helpful.
The portal is user friendly and contains lots of valuable options.
Customer service called and helped with setup.
REST API easy to use

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The signup process took over a day. IT support was slow in resolving issues.
REST API throws HTTP 500 Errors on occasion.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Contact support over the phone.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Silent installs of apps on Android and iOS devices. Programmatic searching and installing of apps from the Google play store as well as apple app store.

  ### 13. Great product, price, and service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

We switched to Hexnode for the price, but I've been impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of the platform. And the support is phenomenal - no phone trees or interminable holds, just helpful support staff up front and quick turnaround times when we have a problem.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Some newer features, like remote view, still have some kinks to work out. Most problems we've had, however, are quickly solved.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Hexnode's kiosk mode and app whitelisting, we've gotten our data use under control and ensured that our devices are only being used for work purposes. Intuitive location history maps allow us to see where our tablets are deployed at a glance, helping us keep track of and recover devices. The attractive pricing saves us money, and the excellent phone and online support saves us time.

  ### 14. Mobile Device Management solutions and you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** erin l. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Manage your users, not devices makes life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There is nothing to dislike about this service.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandboxing: Each app is embedded within a sandbox that limits its privileges and
capabilities to access or operate within protected parts of the OS.
Permissions: Apps that require certain access to resources in order to function must
request specific permissions from the user.
Signed code: Unless a device is jailbroken, only signed code can run on a device. This
is done to ensure all code running on a device has received final approval from Apple
and is safe to use.

  ### 15. Highly recommend Hexnode

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason H. | IT Support Specialist, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The site and app are both very easy to set up and use. A lot of other MDMs i have come across are very difficult to set up so it was a nice change to see something so user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There are a few features i would like to see in the future to do with monitoring the users activities on the device. After speaking to their support team I have been advised that features like this will be coming in the near future.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Make sure the features available match what you need. There are other MDMs out there will more features so just make sure that when you're deciding to test several different MDMs. Hexnode is a very good product and definitely meets all our requirements as a business but that may not be the case. It is very easy to set up and their support team are on hand all hours it seems to help out. However the few little bits not currently included could cause issues or repeating work. As I said in my previous comments though, everything that is available does work 100% perfect.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of guys on iPads due to the nature of our business so being able to lock down the ipads and restrict content means that the members of staff can't abuse their tools and only use them as they were intended, for work purposes.

  ### 16. Most compete and easiest to use MDM solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalibor K. | Technical Account Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

It has support for all features you can think of and is easy to use. At least, easiest of all MDMs I tried (20+).
It supports AfW, mobile data caps, remote control, all OSes, etc.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Price is getting high on Ultimate versions.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Hexnode supports all possible feature, and I like that they work on enabling new features and are open to suggestions.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows to use android for work for fast setup, and kiosk mode which allows to select only whitelisted apps and lock down settings. Also, mobile data caps and remote control are useful features.

  ### 17. Everything we need for small Multi Device MDM Deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

This is very easy to setup from there online web portal made it very simple for us to manage where and who has our devices and also keep up to date on application and software. When i did have questions staff responses were very quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

So far we have had no issues with the current features, but we would love to get access to some of the planned features sooner rather than later.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

This MDM Solution does have a lot of features that suite us well but as always check if it will do everything that you need or try the 30 day trial for yourself like i did.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to monitor our devices from our remote field staff without requiring them to consistently returning to the office when an issues raised.

  ### 18. Very Easy To Use!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Much simpler to use than other MDM solutions I have been testing.
Wide variety of controls for android and iOS devices
Automatic WIFi provisioning can allow for SSID with spaces, which Knox does not allow for

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Subscription pricing model - however i know this is now the norm
When configuring a policy, i can't save the policy if i have clicked into a section that i don'd wish to configure

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Far simpler to set up and administer than IBM / MobileIron / Knox

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

securing and tracking company issued Phones and tablets running iOS and Android as well as the possibility of adding Widnows and MacOS devices to this later in the future

  ### 19. Awesome support during trial of Hexnode MDM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Support and responsiveness. But the software itself seems to have all the needed functionality too.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

So far only thing I found was a little bit cumbersome to setup when connecting to the Apple business site, but that probably would be with any platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Certainly looks like one of the better options. I have reviewed several before choosing Hexnode.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing iOS devices given out to employees. Sometimes when they leave we don't have all login/PIN info. So we hope to keep tighter control of the devices as well as easier reset/wipe capability.

  ### 20. Great Product for End Point management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Easiness to use and flexibility and support for all major OS

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Nothing specific . They have good road map and they are building features which are missing.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device security and app management

  ### 21. Simple yet powerful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea A. | Embedded Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I tryed many MDM solution but Hexnode is the most complete solution for our use case (remotely control tablet in kiosk mode). I set up the first policy in half an hour and without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Until now I have not had anything bad to say yet!

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote view it's a very useful feature that we were searching for a long time! Also the possibility to restart non-rooted Android devices is great.

  ### 22. Perfect for startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The best part is how easy is to setup, and of course customer support at you disposal

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

at this point, I would like to be able to customize the look and feel of the app installed on device maybe there is an option but didn't find that will be the only thing I would improve, but again this is just me

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

if you are a startup as we are and have the need or want to have custom android rom this is a great option to actually leverage Hexnode and focus on the real part of your business while keeping a great branding for your company I love the fact that my company look amazing in front of my customer base

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the begging, I was planning to create my own rom for android device, but at this early stage of my business make no sense to spend that time on that and better leverage this to Hexnode, I will handle device to the customer and they will look pretty much as I want so my branding increase

  ### 23. Excellent System and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel W. | Compliance Manager, Facilities Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The system is easy to use and the web admin interface is user friendly. Support is timely and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Some features still missing, such as battery levels for mobiles.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Hexmode is more than worthy of consideration, particularly if you are looking for a company with prompt Australian support.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hexnode has assisted in allowing the company to issue high end mobile phones to all sites and control the usage of them. It has decreased the unauthorised usage of the mobiles and restricted all non-essential apps. Hexnode ensures company apps & information is kept seperate to personal information on mobiles issued to managers.

  ### 24. Medical Office and Hexnode

**Reviewed by:** Paul G. | Practice Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2017

The immediate follow-up I received which helped me utilize hexnode services to the fullest extent. The support from knowledgeable and supportive techs is a great complement to the platforms numerous features, they literally walk you through step by step. It's as though these techs are not satisfied until they have helped you solve each and every tech issue you have.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There is no reason to have this question associated with Hexnode.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Take your time ask plenty of questions, there is not a dumb question when it comes this platform.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially started with HeXnode for my android device management, (I have patients filling out surveys and needed to lock the device down). I am now going to utilize Hexnode to route remote osx devices through a VPN to ensure a secure connection is always uses when working with patient information.

  ### 25. Great functionality and customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

One of the best things about Hexnode MDM is the ability to remotely install our company’s private app and being able to keep track of our mobile equipment. Another great thing about Hexnode MDM is there customer service they have managed to help me in tight situations and with a very short timeline it truly surprised me how good they are.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

One of there biggest flaws in my eyes is the amount of time it takes to enroll a device. It’s integration with apple products is still not the best. And the matter of disenrolling devices and deleting users needs a bit of refining.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main business problem we are solving with Hexnode MDM is remotely installing our company’s private app and the ability to track our mobile equipment

  ### 26. Evaluating a leading MDM Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

So far the ease of use and the features put it as a top contender in the MDM space.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Since I'm new to MDMs and this platform it seems daunting.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

It seems like a much more cost effective solution for a total MDM platform than just Jamf.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage a fleet of developer devices and developer laptops.

  ### 27. Glad I found Hexnode before I got stated with someone else!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim M. | IT Manager, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2017

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I find Hexnode to be more flexible in my account, fully cloud based. I find the price to value excellent and I can upgrade with no major hassle (it was a major ordeal to upgrade in another program I looked at). There staff is responsive and great help.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I would have liked to be able to limit or send warnings for too much data use. This isn't available yet for iOS devices where I think it is on other platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

I don't know if it's right for everybody but it's so much easier to set up than others it's absolutely worth a trial. The only limits to the trial are 15 devices and 30 days. By day 20 I purchased because I was happy and adding devices.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster setup, more control. I can see if someone turned off there passwords or even enforce that they can't. This secures company data particularly in Dropbox.

  ### 28. cheapest, sufficent features, excellent support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MF H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

cheapest in its class compared to other competitors with feature which already accommodate all our needs

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

because we use not-so-popular brand of mobile phone, some features not working well and verified as bugs by its support

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

just go for it if you are new to mdm tech. and you can learn all what mdm can do with this

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use hexnode to protect our assets in this case mobile phone for all usages except work

  ### 29. Feature filled with excellent support.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Amazingly helpful and responsive phone support.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Not much, but I have thought of a few features which would be nice that haven't been implemented yet. I was told that some of these things are already in development.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're developing a network of standalone tablet-based kiosks running a dedicated application. So far, Hexnode has been all we could ask for and more from a management system.

  ### 30. An MDM platform with low maintenance/support cost and deep integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gautham C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Extremely friendly GUI making fast and seamless addition of new devices possible. Also, with a small team, they are doing a great and efficient job in providing support.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I heard that it doesn't capture the error logs. If it is fixed then there are no dislikes!

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Not Available

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily control all the 15 devices in my company. We tried Manage engine's MDM first; however, I feel this is more user-friendly and serves the purpose better.

  ### 31. Amazing power - amazingly simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2017

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Quick to set up what you want the way you want it

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Min license count of pricing is buried away - its 10 or 15 depending on choice of license

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

You cant go from trial to paid online. You have to have a quote sent - so dont leave it to late to the end of the trial period

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a phone with just Calls, Texts, Photos, Email, Maps and a Time Sheet App

No Play Store. No facebook. No movies or other things to distract, burn data or break.

In 4 hours I had done that. And its been rock solid since.

In short - you can lock it down to just what the employee needs - be it a fitter, plumber, delivery driver, whatever and have a fully managed work issued phone without needing to buy a Samsung Knox or LG Safe phone.

It was perfect

  ### 32. Simple with good customer service

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The user interface is very straight forward and easy to use. It has the function to remote into devices which has come in handy that other MDM's don't have. They also have good customer service and answer questions pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

In the main screen of the desktop management site it tells you how many devices are compliant or in kiosk but doesn't tell you which of the devices are non compliant or out of kiosk mode. It also doesn't allow you any customization which would be handy as well.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowed people to access applications on the go when they would regularly have had to be at a computer.

  ### 33. Highly recommend Hexnode MDM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Easy installation and intuitive dashboard. Managing multiple devices from a central console is exactly what we needed. Features usually reserved for IOS devices are available on the Android platform through Hexnode MDM. Being able to remotely managing applications and security polices is worth the price point.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

It would save time if you were able to create a kiosk policy based on the apps that were already installed. Having to start clean is a little time consuming. The messaging from dashboard to device is not that intuitive.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy installation and intuitive dashboard. Managing multiple devices from a central console is exactly what we needed. **What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Simple dashboard and functions organization. Everything is easy to find and to apply.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Nothing in particular. Just a couple of small bugs quickly solved by the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Just have a look yourself, it will take a small amount of time to understand how to use and how much it can be helpful to your enterprise.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting shared devices set up simpler and faster, having pre-built "packages" to quickly get the devices ready to use for employees.

  ### 35. Finishing Trial- Looking to Subscribe

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I have experience with many MDMs and Hexnode offers the most control and features by far. Location tracking, OS updates, and forced restarts to name a few.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There are more permissions required on the device than other MDMs require.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track and control company iPads from a central office with employees states away.

  ### 36. Cost-effective yet Powerpacked MDM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lemuel Dale D. | IT Services Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2017

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

It's not just the price that is worth saying, Hexnode offers what other high-cost MDM can. Deployment was a breeze where users are not all technically inclined. Working with their after sales support and technical people are also top-notched. They would definitely guide and help you on all things that is needed. Given that this is my first MDM solution that I have implemented, It was just a walk in the park. I would truly recommended Hexnode to others.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

It needs the ability for the client to customize their dashboard. Currently the dashboard is a little plain especially for admins that needs to have every bit if information on the dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

If you need a cost-effective solution for your Mobile Devices, Hexnode is the way to go

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device Inventory, Deployment and Management. Location tracking and device security

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The support behind the software. The ease of set up and implementation.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The tracking module could be a little more robust and easier to digest. It's still far better than the other MDMs I've used.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Just try the free 30 day trial. You will only need a week to realize they are were its at.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing devices across a few states. I have roughly 100 iOS devices in the field and I am able to keep control them, push updates, fix issues remotely, and find were or crew is working.

Deploying apps on multiple devices and setting device restrictions based on who would be using them.

  ### 40. Feature Rich with Fantastic Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2017

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The support team has not only been consistently available and quick to respond but they offer a variety of communication: chat (my most common method), WebEx, call. When they cannot resolve an issue via support they have updated the app in a timely manner. Really a great team!

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I have a handful of requests that they are aware of and have indicated that most (if not all) will be included in an update. Not really a complaint.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Look into what devices support what features. The device I chose to deploy works well but does not have some features that others do.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to manage 40+ phones at a large dealership. They have needed to be remotely disabled, located, updated, and Hexnode has delivered.

The possibility of the remote administration of android devices with remote reboots is really great, really good support.

  ### 47. Full Featured but Clunky

  ### 49. I finally found the tool to track our iphones and iPads!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherry E. | Owner/Operations Manager, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2017

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Our company had previously set up apple ids for all of our employees. Setting up a new employee was very time consuming and arduous. I now can set up a new employee very quickly using Hexnode. I love the fact that I can track an ipad or iphone location and put it in lost mode if needed. I have already had to do that once and we have only been set up for a month. Our big book of user names and passwords and processes and policies is going in the garbage now! Tech support has been great at helping me through our unique challenges and have helped me to set up our company calendar on everyone's phone as well as all of our company google contacts. I think the prompt support I have received while learning the product has been the best feature.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

One feature I wish was available is the ability to delete email from server when removed from inbox. That seems to be one of the only things I have to go onto the ipad or iphone to tweak after setting up a new device.

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

I had to rate the ease of setup halfway between painful and delightful but will admit that this is my first time working with Mobile Device Management and everything about it was new to me. Their tech support helped walk me through anything I struggled with and I feel pretty confident now.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem is the administrative cost of managing the devices and passwords, but the gps tracking was a great benefit for our company.

  ### 50. Delivered as Promised

**Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:**

Take the time to learn the User interface. Don't waste time if you run into any difficulties. The tech team is excellent

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**
