What do you like best about HetrixTools?

Management interface is simple and intuitive. Couldn't find any bug so it looks pretty stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HetrixTools?

1) They can't display anything else than english alphabet on their status page. "Let's ignore half of the world" is probably their slogan. Or they're just racist, I don't know.

2) Users can't subscribe to get updates on any media. Nearly all other solutions have this. Not this one.

3)They don't improve. They don't build new features, NOTHING AT ALL. They just charge you every month for their exsiting product and live easily on that. Don't expect anything new from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HetrixTools?

I like being able to test uptime from multiple geographic locations.

Having the white-labeled status pages is also a nice feature and allows customers to see how reliable our services are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HetrixTools?

I wish HetrixTools allowed you to make more advance queries/API calls against hosts or permitted the use of some type of scripting for more thorough checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HetrixTools?

There are other similar services, but Hetrix is far more straightforward and focuses on what's important without trying to fluff it up with so-called bells and whistles that really don't mean anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HetrixTools?

Although I might be overlooking it, I don't believe there is an option to set up certain configurations that would be useful for specific domain and blacklist monitoring, as well as SMS notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
