Embrace needing very little configuration out of the box is what got us to useful crash data fastest, we were looking at real reports within the first day of integration.

### Comment 2

Firebase Crashlytics is the one most associated with easy SDK integration, a few lines added to an existing mobile app and crash reporting starts flowing.

The gap between integrating the SDK and getting a useful report is almost always symbol upload. A crash arrives quickly, but until dSYMs on iOS or ProGuard and R8 mappings on Android upload automatically from your build pipeline, the stack trace is a list of memory addresses. That step lives in CI rather than in the app, so it tends to be discovered after the first release rather than during integration. Worth treating automatic symbol upload as the actual integration task, and testing it by shipping a deliberate crash from a release build rather than a debug one.

Firebase Crashlytics being straightforward inside the Firebase ecosystem is well documented. The real question is how much extra configuration Sentry's alert tuning requires before it stops sending noise and starts sending signal. That gap is where most teams underestimate setup time.
