One of the best things, is the option to setup your own custom status page is pretty cool and gives a much need professional feel. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** One of the things I can think of is to be able to make use of a some the features in free plan that are currently behind a paywall. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing to keep status checks on 25+ different websites and portals from a centralized dashboard/status page is the best thing freshping offers w/o any infrasturcture changes on user end. ### 4. Adjustable alerts such as email, "down" thresholds, simple but effective. It's not aiming to be as comprehensive as PRTG, SolarWinds or Pingdom...and actually that makes it easier to use. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** Why design a tool that is capped at 80 sites/devices to monitor? Even on the most expensive package "GARDEN" you are limited to 80 checks; it's completely useless and I've no idea who this product is aimed at, because if you're in the business of monitoring sites you will absolutely need to monitor more than 80 sites. I'm especially happy with the TCP port monitoring that let's you properly check that a service is really running by checking the response for a specific string. Additionally, the ability to have more than one status page is great because we can setup a public facing status page that only shows relevant uptimes and also have an "internal" status page that shows us the status of everything at a glance. Free integration with Slack is also a huge bonus that their competitor removed from their free tier. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** No major issues so far. My only wish would be to have some more customization for the status pages like the option for a more compact layout or a dark theme. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a monitoring service that is external to our network to keep an eye on our websites and various user services. I have only had positive experiences so far. While the service is amazing, it can be overly sensitive at times and adjustability would be amazing. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freshping gives me instant emails if there's a problem with my websites, it has saved a lot of headaches, because i wouldnt have known about the site being down if it wasnt for them! ### 40. I also appreciate that it will check every minute for free, unlike Uptime Robot's minimum which is every 5 minutes. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** I easily created an account for my small website/web hosting business to track my client's websites and my own websites, but when I tried to do the same for my employer's clients, I kept receiving ambiguous errors. For whatever reason, I cannot create a separate account for my day-job clients and my side hustle clients. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love how the status pages are visually showing me when the website went down, i.e. how long ago it went down.
