
I like how Help Kit is easy to set up. It's convenient that it's based on Notion, eliminating the need to learn new software, which is a huge benefit for me since I already use Notion extensively. I manage all content of Franchise Frameworks on Notion, so being able to integrate Help Kit seamlessly into what I'm already familiar with and using is a significant advantage. I also appreciate the available templates, which simplify the process as you just need to edit them, and if there are any doubts, an AI chatbot is available to answer questions, making the setup process very straightforward. Additionally, the responsiveness of the support is impressive.
