I like Help Kit because it was incredibly easy to set up and is priced reasonably. The support is also great, which made us feel confident using it. I really love the integration with Notion, as it makes updating very easy and gives us better SEO visibility. The search function is something I enjoy a lot, and the AI chat feature is great. Overall, it makes running our company help center simple and efficient.

I like how Help Kit is easy to set up. It's convenient that it's based on Notion, eliminating the need to learn new software, which is a huge benefit for me since I already use Notion extensively. I followed their YouTube video and within 30 minutes (depending on how fast your DNS syncs) was able to have a new help center online. It really did exceed my expectations. Within the HelpKit dashboard there are some great customization items. Upload your company logo, change colors, fonts, make some links in your header and footer. Overall it gives you all of the stuff you need, and none of the fluff that you don't. Highly recommend trying out this solution if you want an easy to manage and great looking help center.
