What do you like best about Help-Full?

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I love Apollo.io. There are so many things I like about it, but here are just a few of my favorite things:

The interface is clean and user-friendly. I can easily find the information I need and the features I want to use.

The search function is amazing. I can always find the contact or company I'm looking for, even if I don't know their exact name.

I love the notes feature. It's so easy to keep track of my thoughts and follow-ups for each contact.

The integration with Salesforce is fantastic. It makes my workflow so much smoother and saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Help-Full?

I've been using the platform for a while now and, while I think it has a lot of potential, I've also found it to be lacking in some areas.

For one, I find the interface to be a bit clunky and confusing. I often have trouble finding the information I'm looking for, and the platform doesn't seem to be as user-friendly as it could be.

Additionally, I've found the customer service to be lacking. I've had trouble getting in touch with someone when I need help, and I've found the responses I have received to be unhelpful and unprofessional.

Overall, I think Apollo.io has a lot of potential, but it needs some work in order to be truly great. I hope that the team is able to make the necessary improvements in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
