**What do you like best about Help-Full?**

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I love Apollo.io. There are so many things I like about it, but here are just a few of my favorite things:

The interface is clean and user-friendly. I can easily find the information I need and the features I want to use.

The search function is amazing. I can always find the contact or company I'm looking for, even if I don't know their exact name.

I love the notes feature. It's so easy to keep track of my thoughts and follow-ups for each contact.

The integration with Salesforce is fantastic. It makes my workflow so much smoother and saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Help-Full?**

I've been using the platform for a while now and, while I think it has a lot of potential, I've also found it to be lacking in some areas.

For one, I find the interface to be a bit clunky and confusing. I often have trouble finding the information I'm looking for, and the platform doesn't seem to be as user-friendly as it could be.

 Additionally, I've found the customer service to be lacking. I've had trouble getting in touch with someone when I need help, and I've found the responses I have received to be unhelpful and unprofessional.

Overall, I think Apollo.io has a lot of potential, but it needs some work in order to be truly great. I hope that the team is able to make the necessary improvements in the future.

**What problems is Help-Full solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help-Full is a great tool that Apollo.io offers that is designed to help you with your customer service needs. By having access to this tool, you can quickly and easily resolve customer service issues that may arise.

Help-Full is beneficial to you because it provides you with a quick and easy way to resolve customer service issues. In addition, Help-Full is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that you can use Help-Full anytime, day or night. Help-Full is also easy to use. Simply log into your account and click on the "Help" tab. From there, you will be able to submit a ticket. Once your ticket is submitted, one of our customer service representatives will be assigned to your case and will work with you to resolve the issue.
