# What is the most recommended software to boost employee engagement in offices?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi G2 community, our team is currently looking into the most recommended software to boost employee engagement in offices. We noticed that most engagement isn’t happening in formal settings. It’s small things like appreciation, quick updates, or just visibility into what other teams are working on. The challenge is that all of this exists, but it’s scattered.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">So we started looking at <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/employee-engagement">employee engagement</a> tools that might help make those moments more visible.</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/bonusly-bonusly/reviews"><strong>Bonusly</strong></a> stood out because of how simple recognition looks. Feels like something people might actually use regularly.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/workvivo/reviews"><strong>Workvivo</strong></a> feels more like a central place for updates and culture. I can see how it builds visibility across teams.</li>
<li>With<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/lattice-lattice/reviews"> <strong>Lattice</strong></a>, the focus shifts more toward structured feedback and check-ins.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/leapsome/reviews"><strong>Leapsome</strong></a> seems to bring everything together, which sounds useful, but I’m curious how teams actually use it day to day.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For those working in-office, what actually helped make engagement more visible across teams, not just within them?</p>

&lt;p&gt;Also, did you find one tool enough, or did you end up using a combination to cover different aspects of engagement?&lt;/p&gt;
