I used HelloSign to complete my onboarding documents two times away from my agency and to get started on time and with all my ducks in a row. In a professional capacity, I feel that it will inspire trust and represent goodwill for customers to know that their information is sent and received efficiently and securely. Getting help from tech support takes forever and sometimes doesn't even solve the problem/answer my question. Updating a template takes forever because I have to repopulate all of the fields and copy the id's for each. If I don't do this quick enough, it times out and I have to start all over.
