We're an independent staffing and recruiting company and we continually look for products and services we can offer to differentiate ourselves from the national competitors. Hellohire has allowed us to send video profiles of candidates to our clients in addition to the usual resume, references, and recruiter notes. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from our clients; they love the video profiles and AI summaries! We have seen them continue to iterate this product to be less rigid, but it isn't always compatible for all hiring workflows. For example, when we first started using it, we couldn't complete a video profile on the spot. Candidates had to schedule a later appointment and often didn't show. You have to be ready for how quickly things can happen. Since candidates can schedule themselves, you can have multiple candidates schedule interviews the same day you post an ad to a job board.
