We have seen them continue to iterate this product to be less rigid, but it isn't always compatible for all hiring workflows. For example, when we first started using it, we couldn't complete a video profile on the spot. Candidates had to schedule a later appointment and often didn't show. You have to be ready for how quickly things can happen. Since candidates can schedule themselves, you can have multiple candidates schedule interviews the same day you post an ad to a job board.
