## Heed Reviews
  ### 1. Real-Time Alerts Keep Our Team Aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eslam S. | Brand ambassador for Fairmont, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Heed?**

I really like how Heed delivers real-time alerts directly to our screens. This ensures critical updates are seen immediately, which keeps our team responsive and aligned, especially during urgent situations. I also appreciate the ability to target specific groups and track alert delivery, as it ensures that messages are relevant and accountable. This feature works especially well for incident response and internal communications. Heed's real-time alerts and targeted notifications keep our team focused and responsive, making communication faster and more effective.

**What do you dislike about Heed?**

Heed works well overall, but sometimes more customization for alert types and better integration with certain legacy systems could improve the experience for our team. The initial setup of Heed was generally straightforward, but some teams found it took time to fully integrate with existing tools and configure alerts for specific workflows.

**What problems is Heed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Heed to send real-time updates and critical alerts, solving missed or slow communication issues by keeping our team informed and responsive. It targets specific groups, enhances incident response, and streamlines internal communications without relying on emails or manual follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Heed?**

What I like best about Heed is how it centralises health, safety, and compliance in one clear, easy-to-use platform. It gives strong visibility over incidents, actions, and risk areas, which makes it much easier to stay compliant and proactive rather than reactive.

Some common dislikes about Heed tend to be around areas where it could improve usability or flexibility:
