**What do you like best about HeavenHR?**

They do not hear to customers. The software is not good and we are missing a lot of features.

**What do you dislike about HeavenHR?**

The are working since 2 years on a new version. But the existing customers are ignored.

User Interface could be easier to navigate and more logical set up

Easy to handle, has everything you need, good design

**What do you dislike about HeavenHR?**

Mobile version needs a lot of improvement.

Contracts, payments, contacts etc.

**What do you like best about HeavenHR?**

We have only basic functions, so everyone is able to use it effectively and without errors. The Hotline is always available and answers any question really quicky

**What do you dislike about HeavenHR?**

In terms of UX there is some improvements to make... To ask for a leave you can't use use the planning, you need to do tons of clics... Time tracking and Objects Management are really basic and not adapted to our needs

**Recommendations to others considering HeavenHR:**

there is some optional modules, for example for recruiting, potentially useful

**What problems is HeavenHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear overview of presence/absence in our premises or in our customer's offices.
