&lt;p&gt;The honest thing about this list, which the post half-admits, is that none of the three reads as a migration specialist. Worth adding what &quot;specialist&quot; actually means here: enterprise migration expertise is less about Drupal depth than about the source system, because translating a legacy CMS&#39;s content model, its embedded shortcodes and structures, into clean Drupal entities is where these projects live or die. So the portfolio question for any candidate agency is narrow: migrations from your specific legacy platform, at your content volume. General Drupal credentials are table stakes; source-side scar tissue is the thing you&#39;re hiring.&lt;/p&gt;
