**What do you like best about HarQen Video Interview?**

Great tool for interview potential employees. Video and Audio was very stable throughout the interview

**What do you dislike about HarQen Video Interview?**

We had some issue in the setting up and initiating phase but the support team were very helpful and responded quite quick.

**Recommendations to others considering HarQen Video Interview:**

Great for business use. Quality of their features is also quite good so I recommend.

A stable business tool for video interviews.

Easy to use 

Like feature of having numbers to call to begin the process.

Strong integration capability

Collaborate staff helps with problem solving, easy to work with.

Competitive pricing models

Lacks full feature set of other competitors that offer full solutions.   Solves a single problem very very well but doesn't solve a multitude of problems.

**What problems is HarQen Video Interview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces labor costs from interviewing via phone or connecting with candidates.  

Strong solution for volume hiring in repeatable roles.
