Handshake is for companies like brands, manufacturers and distributors who are selling to retail stores or other business customers. For customer ordering - Handshake helps you provide a modern B2B eCommerce experience for easy online ordering and a mobile app for shelf-side orders when your customers are out on the floor. For sales rep ordering - Handshake provides a dedicated sales rep app that gives them the customer, product, pricing and inventory information they need to have better customer conversations. Handshake was focused on visual presentation, and supported high-resolution photos. It was a great way for our sales reps to present our products beyond what was offered in the paper catalog. **What do you dislike about Handshake?** The reporting was terrible, and the ability to integrate with our ERP was clunky at best, and required a 3-party API. Also, they sunsetted the program, so we had to make a switch. **Recommendations to others considering Handshake:** Shop elsewhere - the product is being sunsetted. **What problems is Handshake solving and how is that benefiting you?** We initially adopted Handshake to give our sales reps a tool to write orders in the field, and to directly submit them into our system, without the need for faxes or emails. It did a great job of that, and eventually we used it to power the shopping cart in our BtB eCommerce website. ### 2.
