N/A - It's pretty useful! It's working great as a database for my department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find this platform to be an incredibly useful and powerful tool that has become indispensable for my everyday work. From the very beginning, the ease of implementation and integration was remarkable, allowing us to seamlessly incorporate it into our existing processes without any major hurdles. The ease of use is intuitive, making it simple to navigate the extensive number of features and find exactly what I need. I rely on it multiple times throughout the day, which speaks to its high frequency of use and overall value. Furthermore, One of the most telling signs of its quality is the fact that I've never even had to use the customer support team. Beyond its robust functionality, one of my favorite aspects is the clever humor, specifically the hidden "jokes" and playful easter eggs sprinkled throughout the platform that make using it a more enjoyable experience. On a less positive note, I found that the user experience sometimes requires a bit of a learning curve. The platform's navigation occasionally forces you to memorize specific titles or terms because the required information isn't always immediately visible. This can be a minor hurdle, but it's a small trade-off for the overall power and utility of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, the tool works great and delivers on what it promises, though there’s still room for improvement. I use Guru at my workplace to get day-to-day information related to work, and it helps me solve issues for customers. The thing I like most about Guru is its use of AI software, which is very helpful. When I'm unsure of the cards to use, I place a question into the Guru AI, and it uses information from available cards to provide an answer, which assists with processes and steps for customers. Additionally, the setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guru's immediate response times need improvement. Also, some articles are annoyingly separated, making them seem nonsensical. I think it would be better if all related articles on a topic were combined into one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
