# Which purchasing platforms are rated highest for 51 to 200 employee companies looking to optimize procurement workflows at scale?

For the company-size question in my purchasing software research, I leaned on reviews from the Mid-Market segment, since 51 to 200 employees sits inside that band, and on products whose reviewer base is mid-market heavy. Ratings are included.

Procurify (4.6 stars, 388 reviews) describes itself as built for mid-market, and its reviewer base is mostly mid-market; reviewers point to centralized purchasing, real-time budgets and customizable approvals.

Precoro (4.7 stars, 209 reviews) has a mid-market majority in its reviews, with people highlighting self-managed onboarding, budget control and 3-way invoice matching.

Tropic (4.5 stars, 135 reviews) carries a mid-market-heavy base, and reviewers point to SaaS spend visibility, benchmarking and easy configuration; approval flows can take extra clicks.

Spendflo (4.6 stars, 143 reviews) is dominated by mid-market reviewers, who value a structured intake-to-pay process with managed savings and a fast deploy; the self-serve interface has some friction.

One note on method: G2 segments are 51 to 1000 for mid-market, so this is the closest cut to a strict 51 to 200 band rather than an exact match. For teams in that range, which of these fit how you actually run procurement, and did any feel built for a bigger operation?

Curious if anyone in that 100-150 employee range found a tool that didn't feel like overkill. We're around that size and every demo we sit through is either built for a 20-person startup or a company 10x our size. Procurify seemed reasonable but I'd love to hear from people actually using it at that headcount, not just what the sales rep says it can do.
