**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

I like that GrowPath has a great feature for tracking client information. It has a dedicated workspace for every case where all correspondences, updates, and notes are well organized to help me locate what I am searching for conveniently.

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

I have to export and manipulate the data in order to get the kind of information I need. This interrupts my workflow and adds an additional level.Reporting features in GrowPath appear to be awkward and do not seem to offer personalization.

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowPath erases the confusion of handling cases with files and messages scattered around. The centralized hub is helpful in being able to find information because it is only in one place in which I now have to look. It enables me to provide maximum satisfaction to my clients and expand my business.

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

This product is fully integrated and has everything you could ever need to successfully manage a high volume legal practice. It is intuitive, easy to upload documents, has a seamless mail merge feature, has a click to call feature, and provides the ability to communicate easily and rapidly with colleagues by adding them as note reviewers. This software enables incredible efficiency and can be customized to suit your exact needs.

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

I really have no complaints about this software to note other than the appearance can vary depending on the computer that is used

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software makes managing a case very easy. Great look / very modern and up to date look of software. Software can do so much - a lot of options.

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

It has proven to be unreliable, and costly. The team, at GrowPath is not responsive. Provides poor customer service whenever we have questions or encounter any issues.

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

This platform is not remarkable for handling cases in a high volume environment. GrowPath providres limited benefits, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The user interface lacks user friendliness, which makes navigation and learning difficult.

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to case management software options in the market its functionality is somewhat limited. The absence of customization options restricts its adaptability to meet requirements.

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

The case management tools are incredibly intuitive and make managing cases so much easier. It helps law offices automate mundane tasks, provide visual data insights and collaborate. It's a great way to manage cases efficiently and I would highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

There is nothing to dislike about GrowPath's delivery on reliability, innovation and cost efficiency.

GrowPath allows legal practices to get more organized but also saves them valuable time

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

The best features for our staff seem to be the client texting, email integration and the ability to look up client/case info quickly.

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

The complaint  I hear the most from the staff is the extra time it takes to download documents and going through all that one by one to prepare their cases.  We use a local server to store all files so they use that to organize and lay out their documents in preperation.

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems we are solving is getting a more in-depth intake process to help speed things up for the paralegas.  One benefit we have realized is the ability to use GrowPath for productivity tracking and case tracking.

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

GrowPath allows us to customize based on our specific needs. Client communication is perfected with this software - ability to call, text, email and send letters within a few seconds. Everything is saved to the individual case, including emails. Tracking the life of a case is extremely easy and you can set automatic reminders if an action is needed. 

This product is a huge time saver with every function you could imagine. Far and away the most efficient case management software.

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

No issues - the team at GrowPath has been extremely responsive to any of our questions. Problems are fixed right away with great customer service.  

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our firm was using another popular case management software for over 10 years and found it clunky with limited functionality. Switching to GrowPath added revenue by helping us identify additional cases through current clients - a data-mining function that was not possible with our old software. GrowPath has also helped cut costs by identifying internal delays and helping to streamline cases.

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

It's an accumulation of many small features that add to significant efficiency gains.  Duplicative data entry is greatly reduced and eliminated entirely in many areas.   Growpath has the ability to pull almost any piece of data that is being tracked and use it for metrics tracking, or workflow management.  The ability to integrate with Outlook to reduce work documenting case communication is a significant plus
The in-case note review requests and reminders are very flexible and helpful in case management.


**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

For older cases with large numbers of notes, they can be slow to initially pull up.  But once loaded it is a breeze to go through the notes.

**Recommendations to others considering GrowPath:**

Take a look at what Growpath can do for you, you won't regret taking the time.

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a very efficient case management software to perform maximally and provide top-level service to a large number of clients.  Growpath has been a significant step forward from our prior case management software.  The efficiency gains are great, and well worth the initial time taken to get everyone up to speed on the new software.  It makes my paralegal's lives easier which in turn makes mine much easier.

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

Growthpath allows users to work at very fast pace.  The amount of information displayed at your fingers tips without having to click too many links to get what you need is incredible!  Also, the ease in which the software works with email and telecommunications systems saves an incredible amount of time.

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

No issues.  The support team is terrific.  If there is a problem that occurs the Help Desk is on it in no time, albeit I think I have only used the Help Desk once in a year.  

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growpath allows users to reduce cycle time because of the speed it allows users to handle cases.  This also allows greater amount of cases to handled thus increases revenue for your business.  Fast, smarter, better!

**What do you like best about GrowPath?**

GrowPath is completely integrated and has every feature needed to successfully manage a high volume legal practice.  GrowPath enables you to see all case-related information on one page.  It also permits rapid communication with the ability to add colleagues as reviewers on notes entered into each file. GrowPath also allows users to easily save e-mail communications to each client file.  The ability to link reminders, case status, and contact features makes for ease of use.  The search features are infinite. Each case page view can be customized per user with the most relevant information displayed.   

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

The developers have thought of everything and I really have no complaints. 

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a high volume legal practice.  GrowPath has enabled us to work more efficiently.

Functionality, ease of use, adaptability.  Because the platform is cloud-based it is accessible anywhere.

That I didn't have it sooner!  The platform is fantastic for handling cases in a volume environment.

Organization, data tracking, efficiency -- all aspects of our practice have seen positive impacts.

This software is user friendly and easy to learn – it’s clear it was developed by people with extensive experience in plaintiffs’/PI firms. 

**What do you dislike about GrowPath?**

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about this software.

**What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching to GrowPath not only made it easier for me to manage my own cases but it increased overall productivity in the personal injury department of the law firm where I work.
