"Great Case Management Software"

What do you like best?

GrowPath allows us to customize based on our specific needs. Client communication is perfected with this software - ability to call, text, email and send letters within a few seconds. Everything is saved to the individual case, including emails. Tracking the life of a case is extremely easy and you can set automatic reminders if an action is needed.

This product is a huge time saver with every function you could imagine. Far and away the most efficient case management software.

What do you dislike?

No issues - the team at GrowPath has been extremely responsive to any of our questions. Problems are fixed right away with great customer service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our firm was using another popular case management software for over 10 years and found it clunky with limited functionality. Switching to GrowPath added revenue by helping us identify additional cases through current clients - a data-mining function that was not possible with our old software. GrowPath has also helped cut costs by identifying internal delays and helping to streamline cases.

"Make the switch to Growpath, you won't regret it"

What do you like best?

It's an accumulation of many small features that add to significant efficiency gains. Duplicative data entry is greatly reduced and eliminated entirely in many areas. Growpath has the ability to pull almost any piece of data that is being tracked and use it for metrics tracking, or workflow management. The ability to integrate with Outlook to reduce work documenting case communication is a significant plus

The in-case note review requests and reminders are very flexible and helpful in case management.

What do you dislike?

For older cases with large numbers of notes, they can be slow to initially pull up. But once loaded it is a breeze to go through the notes.

We need a very efficient case management software to perform maximally and provide top-level service to a large number of clients. Growpath has been a significant step forward from our prior case management software. The efficiency gains are great, and well worth the initial time taken to get everyone up to speed on the new software. It makes my paralegal's lives easier which in turn makes mine much easier.

"Speed of work"

What do you like best?

Growthpath allows users to work at very fast pace. The amount of information displayed at your fingers tips without having to click too many links to get what you need is incredible! Also, the ease in which the software works with email and telecommunications systems saves an incredible amount of time.

What do you dislike?

No issues. The support team is terrific. If there is a problem that occurs the Help Desk is on it in no time, albeit I think I have only used the Help Desk once in a year.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Growpath allows users to reduce cycle time because of the speed it allows users to handle cases. This also allows greater amount of cases to handled thus increases revenue for your business. Fast, smarter, better!

"They've Thought of Everything "

What do you like best?

GrowPath is completely integrated and has every feature needed to successfully manage a high volume legal practice. GrowPath enables you to see all case-related information on one page. It also permits rapid communication with the ability to add colleagues as reviewers on notes entered into each file. GrowPath also allows users to easily save e-mail communications to each client file. The ability to link reminders, case status, and contact features makes for ease of use. The search features are infinite. Each case page view can be customized per user with the most relevant information displayed.

What do you dislike?

The developers have thought of everything and I really have no complaints.

Managing a high volume legal practice. GrowPath has enabled us to work more efficiently.

"Huge advance in case management software"

What do you like best?

Functionality, ease of use, adaptability. Because the platform is cloud-based it is accessible anywhere.

What do you dislike?

That I didn't have it sooner! The platform is fantastic for handling cases in a volume environment.

Organization, data tracking, efficiency -- all aspects of our practice have seen positive impacts.

"Awesome Software!"

What do you like best?

This software is user friendly and easy to learn – it’s clear it was developed by people with extensive experience in plaintiffs’/PI firms.

What do you dislike?

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about this software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Switching to GrowPath not only made it easier for me to manage my own cases but it increased overall productivity in the personal injury department of the law firm where I work.
