I like that GrowPath has a great feature for tracking client information. It has a dedicated workspace for every case where all correspondences, updates, and notes are well organized to help me locate what I am searching for conveniently. This interrupts my workflow and adds an additional level.Reporting features in GrowPath appear to be awkward and do not seem to offer personalization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you? GrowPath erases the confusion of handling cases with files and messages scattered around. The centralized hub is helpful in being able to find information because it is only in one place in which I now have to look. The best features for our staff seem to be the client texting, email integration and the ability to look up client/case info quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GrowPath? The complaint I hear the most from the staff is the extra time it takes to download documents and going through all that one by one to prepare their cases. We use a local server to store all files so they use that to organize and lay out their documents in preperation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you? One of the main problems we are solving is getting a more in-depth intake process to help speed things up for the paralegas.
