The team, at GrowPath is not responsive. Provides poor customer service whenever we have questions or encounter any issues. **What do you dislike about GrowPath?** This platform is not remarkable for handling cases in a high volume environment. GrowPath providres limited benefits, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The user interface lacks user friendliness, which makes navigation and learning difficult. **What problems is GrowPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compared to case management software options in the market its functionality is somewhat limited.
