**What do you like best about GoodFlow?**

I got a lifetime deal, so I don't have to pay every month (which is what I like best!) It does a semi-passable job but has been VERY buggy at times, much to my chagrin

**What do you dislike about GoodFlow?**

How buggy it has been during the time we've been using it. At times we've been unable to move through our flows because the system didn't recognize that data had been entered, and we've had regular issues with formatting the trailing emails that automatically get sent out when a flow has been completed.

**What problems is GoodFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It means the same process gets followed everytime and same data gets captured when we complete financial audits on our clients.
