We’ve hit some frustrating technical snags with the ATS, especially with automated email triggers failing to fire at the right stages. This has caused communication gaps where candidates are left waiting, forcing our team to manually step in and double-check everything. What do you like best about Goodfit?

I like how Goodfit helps me with video interviews and saves time in the recruitment shortlisting process. It effectively reduces the hiring time for me. The AI scoring parameters are very accurate, which is a significant benefit. I appreciate that it quickly scores resumes with resume parsing that is accurate and evaluates candidates' answers post-video interview, providing scores that are quite accurate. The feature to generate video transcripts and highlight areas needing a double check is very useful. Switching from Sparkhire, I find Goodfit more valuable, and the initial setup was pretty easy. "Turned 10,000 Applicants Into a Shortlist Fast for Better Interviews"
What do you like best about Goodfit?

It worked really well for us. We were able to filter down from about 10,000 people who applied from different colleges to a few hundred, so we could manually interview them and fill our roles very quickly. The challenge in India is that, even if you have an employer brand and you’re doing mass recruiting, you still end up with a huge volume of applicants from all over the place—especially when there isn’t much of a filter based on resume-type criteria. People can write whatever they want on a resume, but what really matters is how they perform in interviews for programming, communication, and similar skills. What do you dislike about Goodfit?

Yeah, the next dislike was sometimes candidates were not very happy talking to an AI. I think that should change, hopefully in the future. I find Goodfit to be a very good app overall. I'm thankful that it's made available for normal people like us. I use the tool for its workout and diet plans, which give me the right direction to do things in a better way. Initially, the setup was good, but gradually, it picked up and became excellent.
