It worked really well for us. We were able to filter down from about 10,000 people who applied from different colleges to a few hundred, so we could manually interview them and fill our roles very quickly. The challenge in India is that, even if you have an employer brand and you’re doing mass recruiting, you still end up with a huge volume of applicants from all over the place—especially when there isn’t much of a filter based on resume-type criteria. People can write whatever they want on a resume, but what really matters is how they perform in interviews for programming, communication, and similar skills. Yeah, the next dislike was sometimes candidates were not very happy talking to an AI. I think that should change, hopefully in the future. Sometimes good candidates were rejected, but then it's part and parcel when you're dealing with thousands of candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
