I find Goodfit to be a very good app overall. I'm thankful that it's made available for normal people like us. I use the tool for its workout and diet plans, which give me the right direction to do things in a better way. Initially, the setup was good, but gradually, it picked up and became excellent. What I like most is that it makes the hiring process much easier for recruiters. platform just kept sending out invites to everyone. Candidates I rejected, candidates that had already completed their test and moved forward to a second or third stage - they all kept getting spammed by their software saying “congratulations you have been invited to an interview”. Highly embarrassing having to apologise over and over again to people. Their customer support didnt do anything when i asked for it to stop. In 20 years this is the worst tool I’ve used. I like that Goodfit makes it easy to review candidates' feedback and scores. It's good that I only need to upload a candidate's resume, and it takes the interview and fetches the data too.
