I like best about Goodfit is how it automates and simplifies the early stages of hiring, letting teams stop spending hours on resume screening and scheduling calls. Goodfit’s AI-driven interviews run 24/7, deliver structured scorecards, and consistently rank candidates based on real skills and job readiness — all without needing recruiters to manually conduct first-round interviews. **What do you dislike about Goodfit?**

Since Goodfit is a relatively new platform, there are limited independent reviews available, so it takes a demo or pilot to fully understand its impact. Also, like any AI-driven tool, it may require some initial setup and fine-tuning to perfectly match specific hiring needs.

**What do you like best about Goodfit?**

One of the best things about Goodfit is how easy it is to set up and use. You don’t need to understand a lot of technical details to get started. It feels quite straightforward, similar to setting up an ATS from an HR perspective.  The AI interview feature is also quite impressive. It does a good job of understanding technical responses and asking relevant follow-up questions. This makes the resume screening and AI interview process much more thorough compared to the other tools in the market.  It is also very cost-effective for startups. It saves our team and hiring managers a lot of time since we don’t have to go through hundreds of resumes or conduct multiple screening calls. Goodfit helps us get to a strong shortlist before we start engaging with candidates.

**What do you dislike about Goodfit?**

Some features, such as integrations, ATS capabilities, and automated workflows (such as candidate emails and stage transitions), are not yet fully streamlined. Because of this, we had to manually move candidates between stages or follow up with candidates outside the platform.  The candidate interview experience can also improve in certain cases as the system continues to learn and evolve. If Goodfit can strengthen these workflows and expand into a more comprehensive ATS that seamlessly handles screening, scheduling, and communication, it would significantly reduce manual effort and make the platform even more reliable for hiring teams.

**What do you like best about Goodfit?**

Goodfit has completely transformed our hiring by automating the repetitive first-round screening, allowing us to go from 1,000 applicants to a qualified shortlist in just 24 hours. The 24/7 AI interviewer is brilliant; it conducts deep, skill-based conversations that feel natural to candidates while providing us with incredibly accurate, data-backed scorecards. It’s the most cost-effective way to ensure we never miss out on top talent due to scheduling delays or manual resume fatigue.

**What do you dislike about Goodfit?**

We’ve hit some frustrating technical snags with the ATS, especially with automated email triggers failing to fire at the right stages. This has caused communication gaps where candidates are left waiting, forcing our team to manually step in and double-check everything. While the AI interviewing is solid, the backend needs to be way more reliable so we aren't stuck fixing sync errors instead of hiring.

**What problems is Goodfit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a mid-sized company with 350+ employees, we use Goodfit to manage our hiring funnel, but we’re finding the 'automated' side of the ATS quite unreliable. Currently, we have to manually trigger each AI interview because the automated email workflows are failing to fire at the right stages. Additionally, the integration doesn’t align with our current career page, making the candidate journey feel disjointed. We really need Goodfit to share API keys so our team can pull the data directly and build a seamless experience on our end. The AI interviewing itself is solid, but the backend stability and integration flexibility need urgent work to save us from this manual overhead.

**What do you like best about Goodfit?**

I like how Goodfit helps me with video interviews and saves time in the recruitment shortlisting process. It effectively reduces the hiring time for me. The AI scoring parameters are very accurate, which is a significant benefit. I appreciate that it quickly scores resumes with resume parsing that is accurate and evaluates candidates' answers post-video interview, providing scores that are quite accurate. The feature to generate video transcripts and highlight areas needing a double check is very useful. Switching from Sparkhire, I find Goodfit more valuable, and the initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Goodfit?**

If it could become a full functional ATS then that would be an amazing tool to use.

Goodfit reduces my hiring time and helps with video interviews. It quickly scores resumes with accurate parsing, evaluates candidates’ answers using AI scoring, and generates transcripts highlighting areas for review.

**What do you like best about Goodfit?**

I used Goodfit when I was interviewing for a role, and it helped me fully articulate what I bring to the table rather than just relying on numbers in my resume. The AI in Goodfit was conversational and asked me relevant follow-up questions tailored to my role. It was quite easy to use and very user-friendly. The conversational AI helped me explain more deeply how I can contribute to the company and why I'm the perfect candidate for the job. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

It was buggy a little and a question was repeated twice.

**What do you like best about Goodfit?**

It worked really well for us. We were able to filter down from about 10,000 people who applied from different colleges to a few hundred, so we could manually interview them and fill our roles very quickly. The challenge in India is that, even if you have an employer brand and you’re doing mass recruiting, you still end up with a huge volume of applicants from all over the place—especially when there isn’t much of a filter based on resume-type criteria. People can write whatever they want on a resume, but what really matters is how they perform in interviews for programming, communication, and similar skills.

**What do you dislike about Goodfit?**

Yeah, the next dislike was sometimes candidates were not very happy talking to an AI. I think that should change, hopefully in the future. Sometimes good candidates were rejected, but then it's part and parcel when you're dealing with thousands of candidates.

**What problems is Goodfit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem with hiring when we have a volume of candidates is that, even if you have 5/1 candidates, how do you get into 10s? How do you not look at every single person yourself, especially in today's world of AI where everyone is writing whatever they want in the resume and resumes no longer have any value?

I like Goodfit for its ease of use and seamless experience. It's great how hassle-free it feels. I can take interviews at my own time, which I really like because of the async nature.

The candidate side of the application can be better, like the place where I see my attempted interviews. There's very minimal visibility currently.

We hired our first marketing executive through Goodfit. It offers ease of use and a seamless, hassle-free experience. I appreciate being able to conduct interviews at the candidate's convenience, thanks to its asynchronous nature. Screening 250 applications was not a burden anymore

Implementation and interface are very good. It can be used as and when required by us to initiate the test. AI bot taking the interview of candidates in a way that sound like a real HR

Sometimes, if in a noisy area, the AI skips some part of the question which eventually hinders the overall scoring of the candidate.

It is saving us a lot of time. most of the hygeine questions which we ask in the interview and filter the candidates takes time. However, here we can filter n number of candidates in 1 go.

I find Goodfit to be a very good app overall. I'm thankful that it's made available for normal people like us. I use the tool for its workout and diet plans, which give me the right direction to do things in a better way. Initially, the setup was good, but gradually, it picked up and became excellent. Understanding the process over time allowed me to take the best out of it.

I think it would be good if Goodfit includes more AI features where we can talk to the app, similar to a conversation. This would make the application more user-friendly and enhance access for normal people.

What I like most is that it makes the hiring process much easier for recruiters. Screening resumes and managing interviews usually takes a lot of time, but this platform automates those early steps and helps teams focus more on selecting the right candidates rather than doing manual work.

One thing I’d say is that some prospects are still new to the idea of AI in hiring, so sometimes it takes a bit more time to explain how it works and build that trust. But once they understand the value, the conversation usually becomes much easier.

I like that Goodfit makes it easy to review candidates' feedback and scores. It's good that I only need to upload a candidate's resume, and it takes the interview and fetches the data too. It automatically fetches the contact and email of the candidate and helps by providing a summary of the interview. The initial setup of Goodfit was very good.

I think there could be a calendar mode where we just need to select date and time, and Goodfit automatically sends invites and conducts interviews.

We tried sending other assessments to candidates, and they faced issues while attempting them. The link was initially expired because it uses the same link option to attempt other assessments.

I like Goodfit's AI Interview feature because it provides accurate feedback and results. It's really valuable that it can detect if someone is using AI, like ChatGPT, to answer questions, which helps us evaluate with full accuracy and transparency. I’ve also noticed a problem with recognizing my voice properly, which I only discovered recently.

I like Goodfit's dashboard and AI interview feature. It gives a presentable view of the candidates shortlisted and poor fit along with proctoring. I also found the initial setup pretty easy. We switched to Goodfit from Veloxhire for better pricing and a better platform.

Goodfit helps with bulk screening and eliminating irrelevant candidates. It gives a presentable view of shortlisted candidates and poor fits, along with proctoring.

I really like Goodfit for its proctoring, easy access, and support. Its easy UI is great because it's simple to learn, even for someone new to the system, and it's not complicated. Plus, the initial setup was really good.

I use Goodfit for screening candidates, saving a whole day by eliminating the need for a GD or the first round with 300+ candidates.

When I recently attended a test it got server issue I could have changed my code if i could see the dry run output , unfortunately I lost the opportunity due to server issue
