**What do you like best about Givver HRIS & Payroll?**

The team at Givver has been attentive and quick to resolve any questions we’ve had. We migrated our UK payroll to them a couple of months ago, and the entire process has been smooth and straightforward. The support has been excellent. On top of that, the platform itself is intuitive and very easy for our employees to use.

**What do you dislike about Givver HRIS & Payroll?**

So far there's nothing really I can think of.

**What problems is Givver HRIS & Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems that we used to have and that Givver is solving of slow, inefficient payroll support. We migrated from a very expensive provider that often took a long time to respond, which made payroll unnecessarily stressful. With Givver, everything is quick, automated, and easy. I don’t have to chase answers or worry about delays, the team is responsive, and the platform runs smoothly. As an HR-of-one managing a global team, that peace of mind and efficiency make a huge difference.

**What do you like best about Givver HRIS & Payroll?**

Givver started as a young company helping startups to easily onboard and manage their employee payrolls, the features created is very SME/startup friendly, just what you need right out of the box. It makes me feel more compliant with HMRC's requirement as the calculation for salary, PAYE or NI are often confusing and Givver takes all those fear and confusion away from me. I used Givver initially with the thinking that I needed it for payroll but ended up using it as a central employee information management system. It's just easier to use Givver to find my employee's information than finding it on my local hard drive.

I have been using Givver for almost a year at the time of writing and the team is nothing short of exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Givver HRIS & Payroll?**

So far none, it does exactly what I would need it to do and more. My HR needs will grow and I might have more requirements in the future.

**What problems is Givver HRIS & Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an SME / startup, there are plenty of HR administrative related challenges that we are not privy of. As a business owner, my key priorities are business revenue but complying to the requirement of HMRC can be challenging. A basic HR payroll tool from PAYE basic tools would need quite a thorough process and it wasn't intuitive to use. Givver resolves all these confusions and fear of non-compliant from me so i can focus on the business bottomline instead of reading through the HMRC regulations.

Of course the Givver system is a really good one, but what I most loved about it was the team. They were always there to help us, they listen to our requests and they try to make everything possible.

**What do you dislike about Givver HRIS & Payroll?**

I can't say that there was anything that  I didn't like about the system. Being a start up and always looking to improve/further develop their systems, they have always requested for feedback and ideas of improvement.

**What problems is Givver HRIS & Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make our payroll so easy to handle every month, we have a clear image of how your company looks and the costs, their system is easy to use and the entire process was designed to match our requests.
