**What do you like best about Gimmal Records?**

The Gimmal Records software has enabled us to advance our records and information management  program forward beyond just retention.  We are now able to manage the mass deletion of records that have met retention requirements which is crucial in today’s legal and regulatory landscape around sensitive information. At the same time, legal hold records can be locked down and exempt from destruction automatically.  The Gimmal Records software is robust and user friendly.  The Gimmal team has provided the business and technical support needed to implement processes and resolve issues.  We appreciate Gimmal’s professional and responsive customer service.

**What do you dislike about Gimmal Records?**

We have not encountered any downside to using Gimmal Records.

**What problems is Gimmal Records solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gimmal Records has solved the challenge of electronic mass records deletion.  This is beneficial for compliance and regulatory reasons.
