We want minimal training. This software helps solve that. ### 2. Versioin 4 was usable for a building inspection department. This new version is trash! **What do you dislike about MyGov?** Version 4 had flaws, but was efficent. Version 5 is time consuming. I now spend 2-3 office hours a day resulting inspections. Before it was as soon as I got back into the truck and a matter of seconds. Save your City money and headaches and choose something else. A company that doesn't have a Google Reviews page should be an automatic red flag! **What problems is MyGov solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am ready to quite my job because of all the headache, so it is solving nothing. ### 3. Opening MyGov is a task and that makes it a less frequently used one for me. **What problems is MyGov solving and how is that benefiting you?** MyGov enabled me to paperless with all my essential papers and IDs.
