# Which clinical documentation solutions are most trusted by emergency room physicians based on user reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m looking into which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/clinical-documentation">clinical documentation solutions</a> emergency room physicians trust based on user reviews. The challenge here is review depth: the <strong>G2 Grid report for Clinical Documentation</strong> has plenty of healthcare feedback, but very little is explicitly from emergency physicians.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">The clearest emergency-medicine signal I found is <strong>Heidi</strong>. For the rest, I widened the lens to physicians and hospital-based reviewers with similar documentation pressures.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">What I’d want to see before calling a platform dependable in an ER:</p><ul>

&lt;p&gt;An ER physician I know switched to Heidi mainly for the speed during back to back encounters, and what stuck with her afterward was how little cleanup the note needed once the shift ended. That&#39;s usually the real tell, not how fast a note gets drafted but how much editing happens after.&lt;/p&gt;
