# Which influencer marketing tools are genuinely easy to onboard for a non-technical marketing team that does not have a dedicated ops person?

I'm looking into which influencer marketing platforms a non-technical marketing team can actually stand up and run on its own, with no dedicated ops person in the seat. Plenty of tools look great in the demo but stall at setup once there's nobody technical to configure them, so I'm focused on how much lift each one really takes.

Here are the easy-to-adopt options I found, which make setup easy for teams without a lot of technical expertise:

Later Influence: Onboarding runs through guided setup calls where the team walks you through configuration step by step, and the interface is built to jump into without much training, so a non-technical user isn't left to wire it up alone.

Influencity: Structured around a hands-on support team that carries much of the setup, which is what makes it workable for a team that has no internal ops or technical resource to lean on.

Upfluence: Setup is handled through individual onboarding that configures integrations like Shopify and email for you on a call, so the technical connections aren't something the team has to figure out itself.

Aspire: Built as an all-in-one that's easy to navigate with quick, well-supported implementation, which matters when influencer work is only part of someone's role, and there's no admin to manage the tool.

joinbrands: Structured as a self-serve marketplace, you can sign in and start using it without a configuration phase, so a small team can get moving without technical setup at all.

For teams that onboarded without an ops or technical person: which tool did you actually pick up on your own, and how long before it clicked? Was live setup support the deciding factor, or did it come down to the interface being simple enough to figure out?

I’ve found that guided onboarding matters more than a long feature list when no one owns ops internally. I’d probably choose the tool that gets the core workflow running in the first week without needing constant support tickets.
